Love this bed. Be mindful it is very heavy luckily it can easily be broken down into two sections and reassemble fairly easily later. Nice for watching TV and helps sleeping with being able to adjust foot and head. Massage is a little weak at foot but multiple modes is nice. I thought long and hard over getting this. I have back and leg pain so sleeping has became more and more difficult. I ended up sleeping in a chair a lot of evenings. I looked at a lot of store bands and just could not afford $4-8K that the top brands cost. This Sven and Son actually offered more features and it was at a price point that I could afford. So I gave it a shot. I got the split king because my settings are not anything close to what my wife would want. I worried about the gap and it doesn't seem to be an issue. In fact we wake each other up a lot less now. You can still get close. We were actually sent the model up from what we ordered, I didn't order the lumbar feature but it came with it, which also means it came with the app support. So that was a $200 gift (thank you). Having the extra features are nice and I like them more than I thought I would so I'm glad I got them. A couple of comments that made me cautious about purchasing this brand. One was about the loudness of the motors. One comment said they were as loud as a forklift, they are not! Now that I have them, I can say they are not silent, but they are not too loud. I raise and lower the bed in the middle of the night and the motors do not wake up my wife. (this of course is very subjective) They other thing was the softness/firmness of the mattress. They are listed as med-soft and I would say they are mid-firm. I was happy with this but my wife wishes they were more to the softer side. But they feel like very well made mattresses. We are extremely happy with the purchase. The delivery was super fast. I didn't get the white glove because I had help available to bring them in and set them up. The setup is super easy and fast. For people that get the models that have the mobile app remotes, there are no instructions on setting up the app. But you have to scan the code on the back of the remotes in the app that links them. You get all the controls. I'm going to like this because I lose remotes a lot more than my phone. ... show more

I was more than a little leery of the claims for fast delivery after waiting 5 weeks in my attempt to get a "Dream Cloud" bed delivered. (Dream Cloud) lied when they said it would ship in 1-2 days. After 5 weeks and more lies, I finally gave up and cancelled the order. I contacted Sven & Sons via Amazon and received my bed 3 days later. it was actually early, as they said it would take 6 days. As far as the bed quality, it's awesome, I love it even more than I anticipated. The zero gravity position is my new heaven on earth. Thank You Sven & Sons ... show more

Should have bought an adjustable bed a long time ago. I have medical issues and being able to sit up, elevate my feet helps a tremendous amount, this bed also has power chargers for tablets or phones, under bed light so you won't wake up your partner in middle of night, massage for head and feet, multiple settings. 2 programmable memory settings, zero g, ant snore and head tilt. This model did not have lumbar adjustment. Easy to set up with 2 people, each bed weighs around 120 lbs you get 2 adjustable twin xl beds. Open box, unfold bed, put on legs, place in position, plug into wall. Add mattresses and your good to go. Love it so far. Put into a king bedframe fit perfectly. Great bed and mattresses for the price. Also sleep geeks vendors contacted me and set up delivery and verified all our address information and updated us on the delivery progress. We bought this bed over three years ago. We're still happy with it. We have had ZERO problems with it. When I assembled it, there was a "problem" with a motor, and the company sent a new one to us immediately. Well... It turns out that I didn't have the connection plugged in all the way. Duh. My fault. What impresses me is that the mattresses have not broken down AT ALL. There are no indentations. The mattresses look and feel LIKE NEW! All of the mechanical functions work as new as well. The Zero G setting is great for reading. The anti-snore setting works really well too. I have to tell you that I was apprehensive about purchasing a bed on-line, especially a mattress. Maybe I got lucky on the firmness that I selected. All I can say is that from day one this bed has been super comfortable. We have purchased several different kinds and brands of beds in the past. We had a Select Comfort bed before this one. The select comfort mattress padding broke down significantly in about 18 to 24 months. That bed became unbearable. So we bought this one. We like it so much that we bought our daughter and her husband one too. Everyone is very happy with their beds. We are 110% satisfied! We will ONLY buy this brand of bed, from this seller, from now on. ... show more

I’m not as in love with the bed as some of the other reviewers seem to be. The base is very nice and has a lot of functions. The preset positions are odd though, with some of them folding you have in half and bringing your knees almost to you chin. After reading the reviews on the softest option not being supportive, we went with the medium firmness bed. It’s not as comfortable as my last pillow top bed. For memory foam, there isn’t much give at all. It also traps heat as I suspected it would, unlike the reviews state. I have ordered a bamboo mattress pad to combat this, though with the heat trapping being a know problem for years with memory foam, it’s a little surprising that haven’t done more to fix that issue. The assembly was very easy—just unfold and attach the legs. The message function is laughable—like one of those cheesy message beds you see in movie hotel rooms—it just sort of jiggles your fat around while making a loud humming noise that can be heard throughout the whole house. I am more than pleased with my purchase. But here are a few things to consider: 1. The boxes that contain the frames are heavy and require two people to lift. I am not a very strong person and we have two flights of stairs, so we had to hire movers to assist with placing them inside of our platform bed. But once this was done assembly was easy. Almost two easy. 2. The insert isn’t much of an assembly guide, if at all. I looked at the picture and that’s how I figured out how to assemble the legs. 3. There are USB ports underneath the bed. So friggin cool. 4. I forgot to buy sheets. I have 2 twin xls…I used flat sheets to ghouls me over. Order bedding! ;) 5. If you own a bed with under storage, you will need to either buy a new bed or have openings around your bed. I removed our drawers and plan on detaching the front so that could then glue the drawer front around the opening. The openings don’t look “bad”. But they don’t look good either. ... show more
