  • Great hot tub, high end features, easy setup Great hot tub, high end features, easy setup
What can I say, great plug and play hot tub for a great price. Here are a few things we love about it : 1) it's 110v or 240v , we are currently using on 110v but might convert to 240v depending on how we like it 2) many features that would be on a big end tub but not at high end price 3) easy to service and fill A few things you need to know before purchasing : 1) the 110v cord that comes with the tub is about 8-10 ft. We ended up getting a 25ft 10/4 wire from Lowe’s ($42) and using the GfCi adapter that came on the factory cord we made a longer cord 2) remove the 3 screw on each side of the service panel and the 2 screws at the bottom of the service panel. The panel then comes off and you can drain the tub or service it 3) spend the extra money for a hydraulic cover lift and nice steps. It will cost an extra $200 but is well worth it The tub heats at about 2 degrees per hour and house water is about 65-70 degrees so it’ll take about 15 hours to heat to 100 degrees upon initial setup. ... show more

  • “One of the Most Enjoyable Purchases We’ve Made “One of the Most Enjoyable Purchases We’ve Made
Color: Slate
I’ve had this hot tub long enough now to move past the “new toy” phase and actually judge it honestly. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with it, and I’d buy one again. Setup took some work because these things are HEAVY, but once it was in place and dialed in, it became one of the best quality-of-life purchases I’ve made. The lounger is probably my favorite part. The jet pressure is strong enough to actually matter without feeling excessive, and the heat system has been reliable. I usually keep mine around 97–98 degrees and it’s perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. What surprised me most is how much we actually use it. It became less about “owning a hot tub” and more about having a place to slow down, think, relax, and spend time with family. Sounds simple, but it genuinely changed the atmosphere at home. I’ll be honest though — owning a spa is not maintenance-free. If you don’t want to learn basic water chemistry, filters, sanitizer levels, pH, and cleaning routines, you probably won’t enjoy long-term ownership. But once you learn the basics and stay ahead of it, it’s honestly pretty manageable. The insulation and circulation system seem efficient enough, and operating costs haven’t been nearly as bad as I expected after reading horror stories online. It holds temperature well, runs consistently, and has been mechanically solid so far. Build quality overall has been better than I expected for the price range. Is it a luxury spa that costs tens of thousands of dollars? No. But for what it is, I think it’s a solid value and feels sturdier than I originally feared before buying it. Biggest takeaway: at first I questioned whether spending the money was worth it. Now that I’ve lived with it for a while, I’m glad I did. It’s one of those purchases that quietly becomes part of your daily routine instead of something that just sits in the backyard unused. ... show more

  • As described.
I ordered this product after reading about several options that I could order here on Amazon. The delivery is done by a contracted company in your area. In my area it was ABF freight. Many people have posted about the people who delivered carrying it to their deck and helping them get it into place. The two who delivered it to my home laughed when I asked if they could drop it on the deck and said they would only take it as far as the pallet jack could go, which was the top of my drive way. Of course to get to my back yard you have to go all the way around the house. However after taking it out of the crate and unpacking it I was able to use 10 foot 4x4's as rails and with the help of one other person we pushed it slowing around the house and into place. It was not hard to move for two normal adults. I had read others having issues with draining the anti freeze. Most of mine leaked out on the drive way before we laid it down. The directions on accessing the drain tube were vague. If your standing at the control panel, mine was accessible from the left side or the rear. The remaining antifreeze flushed out easily. To remove the panels take out all 6 screws, three on each side and the two on the bottom, then slide and flex the piece until it pops out. The insulation panel also just flexed and popped out with no issues. After draining the tub of antifreeze I slid it into place and removed the filter. The directions say to fill the foot well to drain the antifreeze but to fill the tub place the hose in the filter access hole. I did that and it filled pretty quickly. at about 1/4 full the air in the lines rushed out and I felt confident that it was filling correctly. Once full I ran the jets as directed on the priming instructions. One side took a bit longer, but you could see the air bubbles coming out as I cycled them on and off and each time I turned the jets on high they got a bit more powerful as the air was expelled. So unlike some I had no issues priming the pump. I also left the air intakes on the tub closed during this process. I finished filling the tub and turned the heat up to 103 degrees. The water was at 52 degrees when I put it in the tub. It did heat on the 120v system at about 2 degrees an hour. The heater does run with the jets on low but shut off when the jests are on high if you run it at 120v. There are 3 modes, standard, economy, and standby, but with the default settings it is locked in standard when shipped. Their are directions in the manual for changing this. I will leave it in standard as it keeps the water at what ever you set it at and will simply turn it down if I will not be using it for a few days and turn it up the night before. I saw some complaints about the clips for the cover. I had no issues with the ones that shipped with my order. I installed the brackets and clipped the cover down. It seems sturdy and will hold the cover down fine. All and all I am happy with the product. I'm a bit worried about the heater keeping up in the cold Ohio winters but other reviewers from the north east have said that it worked fine in their winters on the 120v plug. I may price having an electrician run 220 out there and to do the conversion in the spring if it has problems keeping up this winter. It does not ship with chemicals. It says no Trichlor in the book if you plan on buying in advance of delivery. ... show more

  • DOES NOT WORK ON ARRIVAL
This was delivered dead on arrival. Does not work. Hassle to put in since it's so heavy and they just drop it at your house. And then when we got it in and plugged in, it didn't work! The pump doesn't turn on. The directions are one of those one-size-fits-all models and the diagrams and instructions don't match with what was delivered. Also, customer service only available M-F 8:30-6pm so no help this weekend. I'll have to hire my own tech to come out and figure out what's wrong. Such a hassle. ... show more

  • Nice tub, garbage support.
Color: Gunmetal
Beautiful tub. The packaging was exceptional. My only complaint is that it came with no installation instructions regarding the electrical hookup, or how to even access it, and good luck contacting the manufacturer if you need help; they do not respond to their contact form. Amazon support was equally useless; the support rep gave me the link to a dump trailer manufacturer, and I had to find the manufacturer on my own. ... show more

  • Great spa with good features and super easy to set up!
We really like our new spa. We have only had it going for a few days now that it is colder weather. It was super easy to get set up and going. It took quite a while to heat up like all through the night and most of the next day but now it is doing well and the lights and jets work pretty great. I didn't know it had an ice bucket tray until after setting it up and I think that is a fun feature. We have 4 of us that use it. It is about right for that many, 6 would be a little squishy. Overall it has been a good purchase and I am happy for the price and the features. ... show more

  • Great Replacement Hot Tub Great Replacement Hot Tub
We needed to replace our Hot Tub and found this one on Amazon. I got lucky and found a used one for a couple hundred dollars off the list price with these comments. "Condition: Used - Very Good - Small cosmetic imperfection on bottom or back of item. Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged." We live on the Central Coast, so the delivery company traveled from LAX, 4 hours away. They were very nice and placed it on the pad where we had the old one. The only complaint I have is that when I asked the delivery men where the spa cover was, they responded that it did not come with the order. I called Amazon.com Services, Inc and they apologized and processed a partial refund in the amount of $697.99. That amount was enough to order a replacement cover on Amazon. The installation of the Hot Tub was very easy, following the owner's manual. I was able to use my old Hot Tub's 220v connection for this hot tub. The owner's manual made the conversion from the plug and play version. I recommend using the 220v connection as it is energy efficient and the jets and heater perform to it's full potential. ... show more

  • Owner’s manual is poor at best
Color: Slate
No real instructions on how to use the controller. You can figure it out but it’s trial and error with the pictures. No pin was sent for the Bluetooth speakers. Overall the spa worked fine. The delivery to room of your choice is not true, they wheeled it to the patio and that’s it. Now you have a 920 pound hot tub standing up. Plan for help laying it down it’s heavy. Again it works as expected but some things could have been better. ... show more
