I did not expect much from a simple kitchen tool, but this meat chopper has become one of the most useful utensils in my kitchen. It breaks up ground beef quickly and evenly while it cooks, which saves time compared with using a spatula or spoon. The five blade design works well. These are large thick handled meat choppers. Great for mashing up meat either to mix with two types of meat or breaking apart when cooking. My only critique is I did find it annoying how the meat would gather in the center of the grinder. I had to take a knife to loosen the raw meat from the utensil. I do wish it would release the raw meat easier. These fit easily in my utensil drawer and wash up nicely in the dishwasher. They do make cooking much faster when cooking ground meat.

It is not too often that I need to break up ground meat, but when I do this tool really helps me, quickly. But the real benefit for me comes from being able to QUICKLY break down large chunks of steamed potatoes and or squash on a regular basis to make hand mashing way easier. It is very strong, light and fairly sharp. When cleaning it use a little caution because the corners/points on each blade are pretty sharp and can poke you pretty good if you are not careful. But this is not significant enough to really worry about and certainly doesn't diminish the effectiveness of the device. Easy buy 100%

Best meat chopper I’ve owned in all my 70 years! Thanks to the great design, it does the job with fewer “paddles” than my old chopper which had twice the paddles.
