The door handle set matches the description and images shown on the product page. Everything came with it that was listed as being included in the box. This locks and unlocks with a key on one side of the door. Three keys are included. We tested all of them and all locked and unlocked the door. The other side has a little button that you twist to lock and unlock it. Installation is a breeze. The instructions are very thorough and easy to follow. After uninstalling the old set it only took around ten minutes from start to finish to install the new set. If I can do it almost anyone can. I like the appearance of the brushed nickel. I think it looks smooth and sleek. This is a heavy duty door handle set. It will last a long long time with normal wear and tear. I am pleased with the locking door handle set. I think it is a good value. I highly recommend it.

We have a garage door that saw its share of knobs over the years. Typically, the "not as good" ones get moved to the garage door at some point over the front door. Our current one for a few years in the front is doing just fine, but not the garage one. I had issues with the end piece staying properly attached and it was just retrofitted into the openings. Needed an upgrade. This door lock was the solution to our garage woes. Installation was very simple. I had some slight adjustments as the old strike plate has screw placement much higher. This is not the fault of the lock I'm presuming our other one was pretty "Janky". Aside from that all the components fit like a glove. I made sure to not strip the screws going in and everything lined up swimmingly. -I love that there's a handle and the beveled edge and curvature seems to give it a more elegant feel than some. I read somewhere that not leaving a flat surface on the handle helps with water or dirt not collecting on the surface so that's a plus. The new handle feels very confidently "put together" all components fit very assuredly and as an added bonus it comes with a set of 3 keys instead of only 2 as many sets come with. -My only trade off would be the turning locking mechanism. Overall, it works 10/10 times however the movement feels very labored. It's not smooth or well-polished like some of the other "Big Name" brands like to tout. There's something to be said about a lock that just "Glides" as you engage it. This is not that lock, just to be clear.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with this door handle and lock set. Typically I have spent more and stuck with Kwikset hardware. In this case, though, I am in a rental property at the moment and needed a quick fix of an interior door knob with a faulty latch bolt and broken lock pin mechanism. I decided to select this from Vine, because my family member who is staying in the room prefers a wave lever. I chose a front entry model with full keyed lock, in part because it was the only one available in brushed nickel that fit what I needed and in part because I only meant to install it for a few days until the owner replaced the handle (and thus I wanted one that I could repurpose later for interior or exterior). We like it enough that we decided to leave it in place for now and not bother with a swap until I leave the rental, despite it being an unusual choice for an interior bedroom door. The brushed nickel finish looks very nice (some appear shoddy or almost chrome-like with artificial machining patterns, but not here). Installation was an absolute breeze. Most door knobs/levers/handles, of course, are quick and easy to install so long as they fit an existing cutout. But this one was simple even with a relatively poor and awkward cutout that had required some shims and other fixes for the previous handle to fit. As I hope is evident in the video I am uploading, the handle lifts up and down smoothly with just the right amount of resistance and spring back and no wobble whatsoever. The latch bolt also retracts and extends smoothly, with an easy glide and no catching or noises that hint of contact/wear and trouble ahead. The key turns easily, for locking and unlocking, with no unusual effort required. I was momentarily confused about the reversible handles, because I did need to reverse them in order to have the “wave” on the handles directed upwards. My confusion was due to the fact that it’s a simpler process than expected: I was looking for set screws and other means of tinkering, but all that’s needed is to swap the two handles! The cutouts are machined in a matching pattern so that either handle will fit perfectly over the exterior keylock or the interior twist lock. Truly, an excellent and inexpensive option that makes me question how long I’ve been overpaying for door hardware.

I like that this door handle is reversable and lockable so it can be used for a bathroom or other room you want to provide privacy for. It feels sturdy and there are a few different color options. I like the style of this handle, being different than just a round knob. But be mindful what you're replacing with it: Note that if you are replacing old doorknobs with this, it won't cosmetically be good for doors that had a big rectangular panel around the previous knob or that included a separate keyhole, as this will not cover all of that up. For example, the old round knobs that had the skeleton key hole beneath them, all within a panel. The hole for the old lock would be exposed as would any indentations or anything from where the old panel was.
