This E collar alternative has been a life saver! The soft collar options have not worked for my crafty and persistent dog in the past (heeler) as they don’t keep toes out of reach or are too easy to bend or crush. The inflatable part is noticeably more comfortable for my dog to lay in and move around in, and the zip on/off shield gives the extra length to keep toes out of reach. The combination of both elements prevent him bending the shield or getting around it otherwise. He recently had to have his leg amputated and we purchased this expecting it to last him a couple days before he broke it or got a work around, but it’s been 3 weeks and no problems. He hasn’t even tried removing it, telling me that it’s more comfortable than traditional E collars. Adding and removing the shield is so easy, so it’s truly customizable. We have not had to refill the air in the pillow, and all elements are good quality. Sizing was correct (we got a large, use their measurements) and the colors/ pattern were as shown. I’m kicking myself for not having gotten this earlier, I can’t say enough good about this soft E collars.

Great product, using the inflatable alone was enough to keep my furbaby from licking her incision on her stomach from surgery. Yet gave me alot of relief to know I could easily add an additional sturdy barrier if needed. She was much more comfortable than trying to use a standard plastic e-collar (absolutely hated the hard plastic e-collar). She was able to sleep, eat, drink, walk and car ride with no problem! You'll definitely want to make sure to fit where ends meet and add a few breaths every other day to keep a snug fit. Female great pyrenees got XXL, highly recommend

I got this for my dog after she had a surgery to remove a lump from her foot. The vet said she needed to wear a cone for TWO WEEKS, which is an eternity in dog years. So it was important to find something that kept her from licking her foot, but also comfortable for her. This "donut" fits the bill! It's sturdy and easy to keep clean. The size measurements as listed worked perfectly for my 60-lb dog. The plastic part held up very well to being used as a bulldozer. My dog has crashed it into just about every part of the house to no ill effect. She also learned to embrace the donut as a pillow and does not mind at all when putting it on or taking it off. She absolutely could not get to her foot with this. I also like that I can zip the plastic part off and just use the inflatable part if needed. And to top it off, it's super cute! I highly recommend this product and if Cookie could write, I think she would too. This product is so much better than the Cone of Shame we got from the vet!

So far this has been working really well for my boy Stanley! He’s been going through seasonal allergies and has been scratching so bad he’s leaving scars all over him. He’s a pretty nonchalant guy with a chill temperament, but he hasn’t minded wearing this at all! Was super easy to assemble and to put on. He’s only run into the walls a few times lol but other than that he’s been able to sleep comfortably with it on. Super easy to adjust to fit him perfectly. For reference, he’s a doodle mix and weighs 75 lbs and I ordered the XL.

This is our new favorite cone. It is HUGE but it does the job when allergies are flaring up. I love that you can use the donut by itself or with the plastic cone feature! The zipper is large and easy and the inflatable donut seems durable enough. Our Lab much prefers it to a regular cone!
