Wasted over an hour this morning trying to get this treadmill to work. The belt will not stay centered no matter what. Yes, I have read the instruction manual and do exactly what it says to fix this issue but nothing works. It’s also absurdly loud unlike what it is advertised to be. Not to mention the ridiculous “TipTap” app you are required to download. Had I known that, I would NOT have bought this product. This app woke me up last night after downloading it to over a hundred notifications. Like what is that? I wanted a treadmill not a social media app that tries to get me to buy pointless subscriptions and a “warranty”. There are 100’s of other walking pads on Amazon and my suggestion would be to buy literally any other one than this. Extremely disappointing and waste of money. ... show more

I really like this walking pad because it is not heavy and bulky like others. It can fit under the bed easily for easy storage and can be pulled out whenever. It’s not very wide so you can put it under the desk if you have an adjustable desk. It comes with a remote so you can control the speed with it. I don't love this thing, but it works. It is very quiet, easy to use and move, has a remote, and goes as fast as I need it to. The app doesn't work very well, and if you're doing a workout on the app, if you have to switch apps, it cancels your workout. It does not incline, which I thought I had read that it does, but maybe the description doesn't say that. (I was looking at a bunch of them and finally just hit "purchase.") The biggest thing for me is the app being clunky. Also I can't edit how my character looks, it says you can customize it but I haven't been able to. The app crashes sometimes. Overall I don't love it, but don't hate it. For $100 it gets me moving when I'd otherwise be sitting on the couch. ... show more

This machine is such a hassle. You have to download an app to get it started and it is so loud. I could ignore all of that if it did not break after owning it for 3 months. I used it often, but never for long periods of time and one day I get the "ER 5" message on the LED and then it never turns on again. Super disapointing ... show more

So far so good. This came early and has been working fine. It did start making that loud sound others have been complaining about, but the belt just needed to be adjusted per the instructions. I did have to go buy an Allen wrench set because the tool they sent wasn’t sufficient. I have tile floors so I don’t know how it would work on carpet. There is no incline as other reviews have claimed. You have to download the app for it to work, but I used it for an hour today without even launching the app. It’s small, fits under my couch. With that said it’s easy to step on the sides of the belt and when I tried to jog at a higher speed it was hard to stay on the belt and easy to get off balance. I’ll probably buy a tray to steady myself. Overall it’s a good buy for something easy to use and easy to store. ... show more
