This walking pad has been a game changer! It has functioned as expected, and I use it on low pile carpet most of the time. It has small feet that can be adjusted for height to clear low-lying carpet. I’ve also packed this on trips when I knew I’d be working indoors all day. It’s light enough to move around the room easily back and forth throughout the day. It obviously doesn’t have the length for a really long stride like a larger stationary treadmill does, but it’s great for keeping you active throughout the day when you have a desk (standing desk) job! A word of warning for those to whom it may matter… there is a loud beep at start, stop, and while adjusting speed.

****UPDATE 12/24 - I have only lightly used the walking pad since I purchased in July. I just threw away the box a couple of weeks ago thinking it was good. Unfortunately, I went to use it today and it will not start. I tried the support number on the remote and it just keeps sending me in a loop. I went to the website and saw that the number was changed slighly, left a VM on their support number. After turning off, unplugging, replugging it seems to be working again. ***** Just opened up the box today and first impression is it is higher quality than expected. It only took a few minutes to get it up and running. I took it for a quick 1 mile walk and it was quiet and easy to operate. I have not yet set up the PitPat app and I'm not sure I will. I am really excited to get a lot of steps in while working, instead of sitting in my chair all day. It sadly doesn't fit under my couch, but that is due to the couch design, not the pad. It is quite heavy but has wheels on one end that help in moving it around. It does not fold and does take up a lot of space so I'm working on figuring out another nearby hiding spot for when not in use. Overall I'm very happy with the value and quality and recommend it.

I've only used this walking pad for a few days now and will update my review if anything changes....however I do really like it so far. I weigh about 240 lbs and it has worked just fine. It's fairly quiet for a treadmill, the remote is really nice, and it's pretty easy to pick up and move around. The company has an app that you have to download to activate the machine. It's kind of glitch, but I got it to work and registered the warranty also. It beeps loud when you press buttons like a microwave by default, but you can turn off the sound in the app under the device settings. I've used it on carpet and it gets slightly warm to the touch, but not hot enough to be an issue. It's somewhat narrow, but I've gotten used to it. You have to make sure to lubricate under the belt with the included silicone liquid and maintain the tightness of the belt also.

Treadmill probably works just fine. But for me there was an annoyingly loud beep that informs you the treadmill is working and starting. There is no setting to turn the beep volume down or even off. For me I have a small dog that gets really scared of certain beeping sounds so the treadmill doesn’t work for me. I was able to return the item by talking to a real person on Amazon with a full refund. At first when I requested a refund there was a UPS charge of $70 when I only paid $100. That shocked me. But the representative I talked to was able to get me a full refund and no UPS fee. So thank you to that representative. Besides the loud beep from the treadmill the other reason for me to return was dealing with the company’s customer service. Went back and forth through email many times trying to get them to understand my question. Which was is the beep sound a setting that can be adjusted or turned off. All they wanted was a video of the sound. Which to me doesn’t make any sense when asking if that is a setting. There was no actual problem with the treadmill. The beep is normal so not sure why they wouldn’t look up settings like most company’s would do. Finally they got someone who knew what they were talking about and finally answered my question without me unboxing the treadmill again for a video. They confirmed that there is no way to adjust the beep. Just be aware of trying to work with the company. This treadmill probably will be fine for most people just not for me unfortunately. Hopefully they come out with an updated version that allows people to adjust sound settings.

This walking pad is great! First, it got delivered to me a day earlier than expected. It was very easy to set up, basically I just took it out of the box and plugged it in. I had to download an app on my phone in order to start using the walking pad, but once downloaded and set up, I don't need to keep opening the app every time I use the pad. It's a little bit heavy so moving it from room to room requires a second person to help, but it's light enough I can shove it under the desk out of the way by myself. It does beep loud when you turn it on or off or adjust the speed, but overall it is quiet and doesn't interfere with hearing the TV when I walk on it while watching my shows. Definitely recommend!

Love the walking pad, the app that comes with it keeps you engaged. It can also sync with Google fit to help keep track on any other apps that are synced with fit. The remote is convenient but you can also control the pad with your phone through their app. You can challenge others in a walk race or simply just walk with others and chat a bit if you like. Great concept for the device and having a support group.
