I love this treadmill, it's compact enough for my 2 bedroom summer home. It's so quiet that it doesn't wake my husband in the morning, we have a tiny house. I use it a few times a day while I'm working and the weight is coming off, plus helps my osteoporosis. I was so upset when it started making noises after about 11 months. I reach out to customer service who got back to me immediately. asked me to send a video and some info, order number, serial number. after seeing the video they said they can't troubleshoot it so asked me to send it back when they send me a new one no shipping fee. then a day later said no need to send the old one back and were shipping a new one. AWESOME customer service!

The media could not be loaded. Detailed review: Personal preference: I did find that for me, walking at around 2.6 speed was a brisk enough walk to be able to have a more enjoyable experience. I could watch a show for about 45 minutes instead of power walking for 30 minutes.. If I do 3.0 and higher it's music on, head down and concentrate. More intense but not as enjoyable. In the morning, I've decided I rather go for enjoyable. ☀️😊 Other pros and cons.. 😣Cons: •It's not as quiet as it claims •Cord was too short. Had to go purchase an appliance/heavy duty extension cord for it about $17 •Does not fit under the couch as they claimed •Shipping arrived about 5 days later than expected delivery date •If you’re not careful or going too fast you'll hit the rear bumber gaurds. When I'm going faster speeds, I position it in front of a mirror to help with balance and focus. 🥳Pros: •It works as expected even on higher speeds •Without the traditional treadmill handles its less bulky and easier to maneuver •On the days it was storming outside, I was still able to get a walk accomplished •No fuss setup. Out of the box it was ready to go •Able to do slower walks while working. ‼️‼️‼️ No more sedentary workstyle. I get up about every hour and do a 5 minute walk •Walking at slow speeds while watching tv •My child loves it and voluntarily walks on it throughout the evening So overall I say YES YES YES purchase one!

The media could not be loaded. After looking at many walking pad options, I settled on this product. First, it arrived 2 days early so that was surprising but what's better is that this walking pad is impressive. It was securely packaged and upon opening, I found a bag full of goodies. It comes with an Allen wrench, small screwdriver, a remote and EXTRA battery for the remote as well as belt lubricant. This walking pad offers an online fit community, it has WiFi and it's heavy duty. This is definitely worth the money. The weight of it is a little heavy so I know it's not "cheaply" made. There was no assembly required either. Just plug it in and go! Since the remote already comes with a battery, you can store the extra one for later. It also has strong study wheels for ease of moving and storing. This will fit perfectly under a bed. If you're looking for a good walking pad, this one is better than "good". It's great!

I had an issue with the first treadmill I received I reached out to the Support Department they were AWESOME!!! A replacement was sent right away they coordinated the shipping of the first unit and followed up with me several times to make sure the replacement was working and I was happy. Great product it works really well, it's quiet smooth and really easy to use.

This is an honest review after testing 2 other walking pads and having to return both because the quality was not up to par. The BA04 model did not disappoint! Such a good price, cute rose gold color, and not as heavy as some other walking pads (but still heavy which sort of is necessary though for a quality one that will support your weight and last a long time). Only thing i hate though is how loud the remote beeper is!!! I can't turn it on in the mornings because it'll disturb my family. Which they can mute the remote. Also mine didn't come with branding, which I don't mind but it seems there are other companies selling the same model. I just got this one since I saw it on TikTok and how they sold 20k plus units. Hope this helps!

I was impressed with how sleek and well-designed it is. Despite its compact size, it feels incredibly sturdy and can support up to 300 lbs with ease. The motor provides a smooth and consistent walking experience, even at higher speeds. One of my favorite aspects is the whisper-quiet operation. Even when walking at faster speeds, the noise level is barely noticeable, allowing me to take calls or participate in video conferences without any distractions.
