I absolutely love my treadmill. I use it under my desk while I work. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I just want to warn people to keep their kids away while it is in use. My 3 year old tried to grab a small toy that fell under it in the back and ended up getting his arm stuck under the bar in the treadmill. That was one ER visit we won’t forget. I bought this on prime day after spending a month in Europe doing a lot of walking and realizing how sedentary my life was back home. I have been using it for two weeks now and it has been great. All my team wants one now too. Ways to improve: a way to pause and then resume rather than a full turn off and a way to move it in and out from under my desk a bit easier.     • UPDATE: After a few weeks of use the pad is having issues
UPDATED TO THREE STARS DUE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Be warned. This did stop working after a few weeks of use. I’ll admit I use it more than most probably do. But I am only updating to full stars because customer service reached out personally and refunded me immediately. I’m sure it’s for reasons like this. But I deeply appreciate it. The thing is, for inconvenience of having to repackage and ship out a faulty product I cannot peace of mind give full stars as I don’t want others misled. This is not a 5 star product. I admittedly use this thing a ton (all day while I'm working) and after three weeks the pad is having issues. It feels like it's "jumping" as I walk and is not moving smoothly. I understand if this were to happen after even 6 months due to the price point and that I probably use it more than the average user. But I use it at 2.2 MPH at my standing desk and I'm expecting more use than I'm getting. Looking to return it. ... show more

Very light weight and easy to move around and runs smooth. If you are tall and have a long stride this may not be the walking pad you need as the belt is not as long as a traditional treadmill.

The media could not be loaded. I can't tell you how much I love having the Superun. I've been really wanting for way to long to get back in shape and I made the call to do so. I saw the Superun and and thought this could help me out. Pros: Small, doesn't take up much space. The price was reasonable. It's super quiet and you get a great workout. Cons: I am 5'4" and my legs aren't that long if you don't pay attention to the length of your stride you can fall. I've also experienced my sneakers getting clipped by the sides. There isn't a pause button, so if you press the middle button you are starting over again. ... show more

    • Make sure you buy your own CR2032 battery.
The remote to start the machine had a battery in it already, but it was already drained… much like many other reviews have mentioned. I had to purchase my own battery before I could determine if my walking pad was defective or not. Otherwise this works great.
