Okay first, we all know this is a Chinese made product. That being out of the way let me list some Pros and Cons with it. Pros: I was surprised how well made it is. Fit and finish is very high quality for anyone’s stuff much less China The motor is a well made Honda clone. It cranks on the first pull and runs quieter than expected It went together without and issue. Had all its parts and was easy to assemble It chipped up everything I threw at it for a solid two hours and I could hardly tell it had used any gas. Cranked up fine both cold and hot The wheels are no flat type Cons: Even though it’s small, it’s heavier than I expected it to be Did I say it’s small? You stay bent over constantly to feed small limbs ad debris. I solved this problem by putting it in one of my ATV trailers. This worked really well to transport it around the yard and keep it up at a decent level No oil was supplied with the unit. This wasn’t a problem for me but could be for some so be aware that you will need some Getting to the blades to sharpen or replace will be a little bit of effort Wheels rims are plastic which could be an issue over time A lot of CARB emissions junk on the gas tank and carburetor that will give trouble sooner or later Overall this little unit is a beast. It likes dry and decaying wood the best but it ate everything I could shove in it pretty much without complaint. It did bog with a 3” piece of wood but anything 2.75 and under it handled with no problem. However, it is a machine with a small gas engine on it. Not everyone is familiar with how to operate one properly nor is it an industrial quality machine. It’s not going to be able to handle piles of large green wood that you just cut that day as well as it will dead and dry material. You don’t need to run run the engine wide open to have good success with it either. That’s why it has a throttle on it. I chipped 2.5” stuff and under with the throttle about half open. If you run these engines wide open for hours you’re going to have vibration caused problems with loosening hardware and oil leaks. Regardless you should check all mounting bolts after the first few hours and then every so often after that anyway or things will get lose and come apart on you. Give it proper treatment, don’t put any ethanol in it ever, service it properly and this little machine will run and last just fine. Overall, for the money it is an absolute great value. I am very pleased with it. If you have a yard with a lot of trees like I do this thing will make your life easier I promise. Buy one.

I put this together as soon as it arrived. Quickly ran out to take on the pile of sticks I had developed. My visions of shredding it all in an afternoon were quickly thwarted. My first chips did not fair as well as I hoped. I jammed it on about the third stick. I had to completely tear it apart and put it back together. I lost a bolt. I got it back together and tried again. I had more difficulties. I slept on it. I realized that I could work through it. I paid attention. I still have to clear things out from time to time, but mostly I just get everything shredded without stopping. Here are some things that helped me. 1. PAY ATTENTION to the output chute. If it is not throwing chips, stop and find out why. Clearing the output is the easiest one to fix. You only have to release 2 bolts and shake out the chute and you are back in the game. 2. LISTEN To the Engine: If it bogs, back off. 3. Stick to 1 stick at a time. 4. I dropped a couple of 30ft branches. They started at 3". I was able run the entire branch through the chipper without stopping. I had to walk it through though. A little bit at a time. If you just let it go, the motor will stop. Take a little bite and back off. Take another little bite and back off. It took a couple of minutes to shred the whole branch, but longer piece are much better than shorter pieces. 5. There should be extra nuts available here... I found extra nuts and bolts here on amazon... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BP72W79Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 and bolts https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SSRSKJS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 the 25mm work for the bottom, but you sort of want smaller other places.. I lost a few nuts and bolts taking it apart in the field. After about 50 hours of run time, I have managed to break the Cutting Head. Waiting to hear back if I can buy a new one. the Chute also wore out. I was cheating and keeping it on with only 1 bolt because I had lots others... Seeing if I can get a replacement on that one. After getting used to the foibles of this machine, I am very happy with it. I have lots of chips now. The motor starts on the first or second pull. Some branches are harder than others... Make sure to listen to the branch and the machine. Sometimes I have to rotate the branch around to get it past the start of the branch... It will take 3" but the first foot or so of that tends to be hard...
