This is one of the best scooter for light weight use. Stable rides well easy to handle. Wish it had arm rests. Otherwise really nice scooter.

    • Good but battery dies very fast
Over all it’s ok. When you go from drive to reverse it doesn’t go right away. The battery dies very fast. I went around the side of my home and back maybe 600ft from my front door and the battery that was green and fully charged was now on yellow. Good for flat surfaces, not really good for ramps and be careful how you turn, also the company said they would replace the battery but never did ... show more

Good mobility scooter but does not go very fast outdoors

    • Wide radius turning
1). This scooter makes very wide turns. I doubt would be able to turn in the next aisle of a grocery store. I was able to improve turning by repositioning the tie-rods on the steering column. 2). Speed/brake controller is odd. Should be single lever control, release the lever scooter should stop, this scooter free wheels, hand brake must be used. There is a separate switch to use reverse. Should operate like scooters supplied at stores. 3). No key for scooter, if used in public and you leave the scooter, anyone can take it. 4). Bolts on rear wheels stick out and are a safety hazard. 5). Would like to be able to disassemble more to fit in car. Requires a large trunk opening or an SUV. Can not load it into my mid-size coupe, have to use my truck. Range has not yet been verified. Update: Delayed trying extended use because one of the batteries included would not accept a charge, had to buy a spare battery before attempting longer trial run. Range seems to be good. Took the scooter to our local zoo which has a number of ‘hills’ to view the various animals. Took it all without any problems. Downside though, with one wheel drive, I had to pull the scooter with the rider through the petting area which is dirt. So did not try other ‘off road’ paths. ... show more

    • Handlebar alignment/safety issues
The product fits nicely in the trunk and is easy to assemble. Handlebars wouldn't stay aligned after several attempts at adjusting. This was a real safety issue, as it almost caused my Dad to run into someone while going down a small hill. The handlebars also wouldn't stay at the adjusted height. The handlebars kept falling. Runs well. Reliable. Battery life is good. I like having the extra battery available. Turning radius is wider than I would like but it’s due to 2 front wheels. Seat is not comfortable. I had to buy gel pad for seat.
