Great value and light enough to lift and fit in small SUV!
As light as it says! My husband is an amputee and can't walk far with his prothesis, so this was a great answer for us. Our friend who has hip problems uses her scooter, but it costs twice the price! The speed didn't matter to us as it is faster than my walking, the weight, price, foldability and battery life were our issues and all were excellent in our estimate. Thank you for his scooter!,,

Scooter is great!
This is one of the best scooter for light weight use. Stable rides well easy to handle. Wish it had arm rests. Otherwise really nice scooter.

Good but battery dies very fast
Over all it’s ok. When you go from drive to reverse it doesn’t go right away. The battery dies very fast. I went around the side of my home and back maybe 600ft from my front door and the battery that was green and fully charged was now on yellow. Good for flat surfaces, not really good for ramps and be careful how you turn, also the company said they would replace the battery but never did

Absolutely love this scooter but I can't keep front wheels on it!!!
Ok so after having my scooter for 15 months and having front wheel issues pretty much after the first few months I am disappointed in the company. I wrote to the company after having my scooter for a few months about my front tires wearing out (I only use on vacation) the company was great sent me new tires and said they had received some bad ones. Unfortunately those tires only lasted thru 2 more cruises and they were bald. I wrote the company again and was told no at first so I ordered 2 then they sent me 2 new front tires. I received those tires in April 2026. I did a 3 day cruise and a 7 day cruise and they are bald again. Company is not willing to help. I feel that the scooter has a front axle issue but it's over a year old and they will do nothing to help. Even though this had been an on going issue from a few months out. If it lets me I will enclose pictures. These are maybe a total of 20 days of use.

Wide radius turning
1). This scooter makes very wide turns. I doubt would be able to turn in the next aisle of a grocery store. I was able to improve turning by repositioning the tie-rods on the steering column. 2). Speed/brake controller is odd. Should be single lever control, release the lever scooter should stop, this scooter free wheels, hand brake must be used. There is a separate switch to use reverse. Should operate like scooters supplied at stores. 3). No key for scooter, if used in public and you leave the scooter, anyone can take it. 4). Bolts on rear wheels stick out and are a safety hazard. 5). Would like to be able to disassemble more to fit in car. Requires a large trunk opening or an SUV. Can not load it into my mid-size coupe, have to use my truck. Range has not yet been verified. Update: Delayed trying extended use because one of the batteries included would not accept a charge, had to buy a spare battery before attempting longer trial run. Range seems to be good. Took the scooter to our local zoo which has a number of ‘hills’ to view the various animals. Took it all without any problems. Downside though, with one wheel drive, I had to pull the scooter with the rider through the petting area which is dirt. So did not try other ‘off road’ paths.

Mobility scooter
This right here is a game changer, when I say it’s good quality is good. Took it to my first cruise 🚢 I loved every moment, went far place's. Worth every penny it deserves 10 stars! It brings two batters which is a plus…. I truly recommend. Thank you!

Dependable scooter
Runs well. Reliable. Battery life is good. I like having the extra battery available. Turning radius is wider than I would like but it’s due to 2 front wheels. Seat is not comfortable. I had to buy gel pad for seat.

Super handy scooter
Only problem is no key making it easy to steal. Comes with 2 batteries good on inclines but not grass.
