The media could not be loaded. Chipper nonfunctional on delivery. Obviously a QA issue at the manufacturing facility. One of the blades jams against the plate and stops the pull cord. Cannot crank the engine. Submitting a picture and a video. At the cost of this item how does this get resolved to my satisfaction. If the engine was to actually start, the operator would be seriously injured when the blade hits the plate and explodes. Update to review 7 Nov 2025. Got with the manufacturer and their Engineering Dept was able to help. I appreciate the assistance and the chipper is working very well except for a small oil leak from the bottom of the engine through a bolt. ... show more
