    • Better than Expected, but One problem
Although this light is bright, when I plugged in the adapter to turn on the light, One of the plug stems broke off and shorted out the receptacle. I had to rewire the whole receptacle. Meaning a new receptacle had to go into the junction box because they don't make thst old style receptacle. I had to start by buying a new junction box to fit the modern receptacles. I had to learn all the circuits in the house because there were five different electrical appliances that came off that junction box. This actually took 3 days. The item that broke off was the USB port that gets plugged into the receptacle. I just threw that piece of junk away, used another one I had on hand. The light works great it's very bright. The flexible stem is very handy. I actually plugged this into a drop cord from another location and used it to put up the new receptacle box. Oh yeah the receptacle boxes are overhead, made it all that much harder to work on. But now that extra lighting right over my computer keyboard comes down from the ceiling. Well this was fun telling someone about the agony it caused. Good product You shouldn't have problems with it. Thank you Amazon. ... show more

    • Craning illumination
This product exceeded my expectations with the height and range of motion. Upon opening the box it was not , at first, apparent that it was a goose-neck light, but upon assembly and further investigation, I was delighted to find that it was. The next surprise was that it fitted just where I wanted it to, over a 32" monitor on a desktop monitor arm and the goose-neck could accommodate the required positioning of the light , to prevent screen interference, with ease. The various modes are also very useful for varied lighting purposes and the amount of illumination on my desk is just the right amount. Overall, I would recommend this lamp, but I do have one concern, as with my last lamp from a different manufacturer and style, the power switch (touch type) stopped working, so I am wary of this kind of lamp and will report back after a while to see if I can increase my star rating of this product. I, also, do like the hidden cable to keep the desk clear. ... show more

I was a little concerned when I purchased it because there are a lot of lights out there. After using it, it was the right buy. It is bright, has different temperatures for the light, and is dimmable. The top bends about any which way I want and is tall enough to go over my monitors.

Impressive light! I love the design of this light. It's plenty bright and is easy to assemble and install on the desk. I like the touch controls...although they seem a bit finicky at times...certainly not a deal breaker. I bought two, one for the workstation and one for the ham radio desk. Take me long enough to find a good ans affordable lamp, love the goose neck and it's really powerful. Easy to assemble and mount, small table foot print. Downside, last thread connection can't be tie really good cause light would be angle.

It functions as it should, I have not had any issues since I bout it. The lights are bright the touch button responds well, the adjustable neck flexes without struggle.

    • Great desk lamp, but, if your lights flicker it will flicker
Would be a great lamp, but if your lights flicker/dim with major appliance usage, this light will flicker/go on/off with it. Otherwise, seems like a solid lamp, great lighting over dual monitor setups, nice and easy ability to change light settings and stays in place perfectly.
