Pretty easy to assemble. It was mostly done by one person. My 3- and 7-year-olds love this little swing set. It's the perfect size for small yards. We definitely had to concrete it down so it wouldn't flip though. It's a bit squeaky and the bolts keep loosening under the see-saw seat but that could be use error. It's a great value.

At $100, I still think this is a relatively good value for what you get. But it’s important to understand, this swing set is fairly flimsy. If my 7 or my 9 year old swing on it, the top bar flexes up and down *significantly* while they swing. If he is on it alone, my 5 year old can swing fine. But I cannot recommend this product for use by more than one child at a time if any of the children are over 40 lbs. It’s not sturdy and definitely best for preschoolers. (Granted, after a year, it hasn’t broken yet! Only, it always *looks* like it might.)

The set seem larger online, but not in real life. It was too small for the age group it was intended for. The store wanted me to pay more than what I paid for the set, to have it returned to them. So I ended up keeping the set.
