I am picky, so purchasing online was a coin toss. I won, thankfully. Comfortable, soft and firm, suppotive (no back pain), doesn't sink down (no getting stuck ). I will be adding some padding to the arm rests (which you can also do for the back rest and throw pillows) because I like them puffy and to use them as pillows Super easy to assemble, just find the labeled baggies and separate them into two piles middles and ends. Put all the legs on all the pieces! Looks great. Good material, easy to clean and sturdy. Cushions are thick. I have a weird lay out and they fit perfect. This set is a very nice set of furniture. You do have to bolt all foundations together and install the backs onto the foundations to assemble this sofa and loveseat. Not hard, just time consuming. Sofas are very nice but what they fail to inform is that the back rest on these sofas are poor quality. I’m keeping them because I’ll prob be charged more for shipping. If you are looking for affordable, comfortable couches. This are it. Easy to put together and makes your space so much more elegant. THE ONLY problem I have with them is... the color. I thought it was more cream (ordered the lightest color) and its more of an ivory color in person.
