The media could not be loaded. If you are looking for a great little wake up lamp this one fits the bill! This little lamp has a lot of neat features! I like the soft lighting of the clock, the touch feature to change the light and the fun colors you can use as ambient lighting for when you're hanging out in the room. The sleep timer feature that darkens the room leading up to the preset time internals of 10, 30 or 60 minutes is a nice touch for winding down. I'm also very grateful to have an alarm that uses increasing light levels to help us wake up. It is wonderful to have light in the room when YOU actually need the light to get up LOL! We have already noticed a difference in that the light helps us wake up easier and more pleasantly. Alarm Features: The gradually increased sound for the initial alarm is fabulous! When you are picking your alarm sound it seems a little loud but when the alarm actually goes off it starts really quiet and gradually increases to that full sound. If you do not turn off the alarm, the sound will continue to play for 5 minutes then the device gets quiet. It then uses the light only feature for another 5 minutes then the alarm goes off again fort another 5 minutes, but this time at full volume as a final “wake up already” motivator. Very thoughtful feature! Now, this alarm is either on or off on one set alarm. If you see the little bell symbol on the front of your device that means it will auto reset itself everyday to that time unless you press the alarm button on the bottom to turn it off. There is only one alarm setting so you can't have different settings for different days of the week. You would have to reset it each day if you want a different alarm the next day. Note that the alarm light is cancelled by touching the top at ANY time during the wake up mode. The alarm sound, if any is selected, will still go off at the prescribed time but you will no longer have the light feature also for that alarm. A few notes about the wake up timer: the device seems to go through each of those three white light level settings in the 30 minutes leading up to the alarm time. The very first light that comes on is nice and dim but then it increases brightness up to the first default light setting approximately every 20 seconds so you end up with the first light setting brightness all within the first 2-3 minutes. We would probably prefer these light increases be more evenly spaced, but we are dozing through a lot of it anyway. If I were to make any suggestions I would recommend adding a snooze and not having the alarm light go off by touching the top. I would also LOVE to have the option to use one of the colored lights for the wake up mode, maybe future models? But overall we love having this light brighten up our morning each day! Bedside Lamp Features: There are 3 default white light level settings for general room lighting purposes, the brightest being still a very dim light if you were trying to make it a stand-alone room light. It's just about bright enough to read by but definitely NOT the full brightness of ambient sunlight through a window. BUT, since this is probably meant to be a bedside light I'm sure that's intentional, otherwise, with it located so close to your eyeballs, you'd feel like a vampire subjected to scorching daylight! Although I am sure it would make a great bedside lamp we actually prefer it across the room for ambient light and so the alarm light isn’t directly in our eyeballs. It works great that way—the room lights up nicely without being overpowering. Overall we would recommend this alarm lamp to anyone who would like an alarm using increasing light to wake up more naturally when the sun’s schedule doesn’t meet your own!

What a great product. I bought this as a gift for housewarming. They just loved it and put it in their child’s room. It’s so easy to use and it’s a blend of modern and classy look. Highly recommend this if you are looking for gifts. Rather than giving toys, this looks much better option.

I've had this lamp for about 5 weeks. The light starts to turn on 30 minutes before your designated wake up time (you set this using the alarm). It starts out at the lowest brightness setting for 10 min, switches to medium brightness for 10 min, then full brightness for 10 min, plus stays on full brightness for another 10 min after the alarm set time. I think it helps immensely when I need to wake up at 5:30AM for workouts! Things that could be improved: 1) The LED clock has a lot of light leakage, so in the middle of the night, you see a bright glow from the clock. I'd rather have it be totally dark until I actually want it to start lighting up. 2) The alarm sound options are pretty brutal / cheap sounding. I am SO GLAD that you can pick option #7 which is no sound. I have it on the silent / light only option and just use my other preferred alarm for noise. 3) The size of this lamp is best suited for 1 person. If you have 2 people, I would put 1 lamp on each side of the bed.

This thing is amazing. Be aware that the clock light is very bright blue. I had to put electrical tape over it so I could sleep. Also this will start waking you up 30 min prior to your alarm, so that means I wake up within 10 minutes of it being on. Now I set a separate alarm, and then I set this one for 15 min prior since it wakes me up a tad too soon. Still love this clock. Very good for getting me out of bed, and I normally have a VERY difficult time getting up in the morning. I have chronic insomnia.

I'm a person that has a biological clock and have to wake up with the light of the sun, otherwise I tend to fall asleep. Those cloudy days are a nightmare for me, but this became my solution. Really easy to set up, love the three levels of brightness as they are cozy to fall sleep to. It's great the variety of alarm sounds it has, I Love to wake up with the sound of the rain and my room being slowly illuminated. And great for reading books before sleeping too, has helped tons with my imsonia as well!

The "instructions" are in such small print they are useless. The QSR code to "instructions" is annoying. After you find your phone and go through that hassle, you confirm those instructions don't help. Complicated. Annoying. Useless. If you keep, don't lose that QSR code. I am returning. Change to DST is just a headache. They made an alarm clock a hassle.

I don’t usually write Amazon reviews, but I felt the need to share that this little alarm light will totally upgrade your morning wake-up. The light is just bright enough to wake me up naturally without disturbing my husband, and I actually don’t even really need the alarm because the light wakes me up a few minutes beforehand. It is so nice to wake up without being stunned by my iPhone alarm. Waking up early is now a pleasant experience—even when it’s still dark outside. The product itself is very easy to use. Small, light-weight, and minimalist. Highly recommend.
