So far I am very happy with this product! It's sturdy, completely private, and everything I hoped it would be. My husband and I put it together by ourselves and it was a bit challenging but was quite doable. Note - my husband is over 6 ft tall, if he wasn't that tall, it would have been much more difficult, requiring a ladder for some parts. We also did strip one of the curtain rod holders, a nut fits inside a plastic piece that holds it while tightening and we tightened it too much so it wasn't being held in place. We couldn't tighten or loosen it so we had to cut the bolt. Easy remedy with a trip to the hardware store to get a new bolt and a washer to hold everything in place. That was our only minor issue. We live in Florida so we devised a sturdier way to attach the poles to the ground but if you don't have to weather the occasional hurricane, then the supplied method would be fine. The canvas is not waterproof, when it rains, a little water "mists" through the material but it keeps out 90% of the rain and we are going to look into some rain guard to spray on it. The mosquito netting is great, lets in light and air but no bugs. We put it up just in time for the start of hurricane season so am interested to see how it performs through the summer rains. Will update after a few months as to how well it holds up. But am very pleased with it so far! (The picture was taken before I installed the mosquito netting)

This is an early review. I love the gazebo! Easy to put together,solid ,sturdy and looks great. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is that one of the posts were damaged(big divot,dent). I don’t know if it was shipped that way or happened in transit ( box was beat up). I didn’t attempt to return as I I didn’t think it would effect the structural integrity and I wanted to put it up without waiting for whatever response I would get from the company.plus how long it would take to replace.Also keep in mind if you buy this unit, you will not be able to get replacement fabric.They do not offer that and I wish I would have known that( my fault ,read reviews).Hopefully it will weather well with proper care... So in summation, it’s wonderful and I am enjoying it.The true test will be time and how it weathers the elements. I’m very hopeful!

Instructions are horrible. No words just drawings. Still not sure if the curtains go on the outside or inside. The screen is held on by a tie on the bottom and when we get a little breeze the screen creeps up defeating it's purpose. Our neighbor has one built by someone else they bought for around $250 at Menards, but his is a 10X12. We couldn't find a 10x10 locally so bought this online for $400. It does look nice. We will be calling the company because we still have a LOT of questions before we take it all down and send it back. Adding 1 star for GREAT customer service. They answered ALL of my questions. Adding another star for holding up to a couple of severe thunderstorms. We screwed all 4 corners to the deck, tied back the fabric and screen and it held up!!!

Very easy to assemble, requires at least 2 people. Very sturdy frame. I used 3 inch 2 x 2 hardened rubber pads as my flooring and topped it off with felt, for the base. I didn't want to anchor it into the soil and I wanted a non-grass surface to walk on. It is not waterproof so you'll have to purchase something waterproof to keep the rain out. I had a waterproof tarp (10 x 10) that I used to line the inside of the canopy and it works just great! No complaints here!

Great gazebo. Picture build instructions so must keep parts list handy so you know what part they are referring to in each diagram. At least two people are needed. When standing up the sides, an extra hand could be helpful. Wish they had replacement parts but it will be easy to remove too and sides during the winter so they last longer. I have only had it less than a week so I don’t know how it will hold up for the four seasons of VA.

Overall it is a pretty gazebo and we are looking forward to spending time outside in it and I’m glad we bought it. However,, putting it together is an absolute nightmare. It took 4 of us to put it together, the directions are horrible. Have patience.
