Garbage. All four rotor/pad sets were noisy(grinding and annoying white noise loud enough to easily hear with windows up) immediately after install and for the duration of use(4 months). Just prior to removing this set, braking created a shimmy as if one or more rotors was warped. Rotor post mortem inspection makes me think the shimmy was caused by rough and smooth surfaces. No issues with this vehicle's braking, prior to or after use of the rotors/pads being reviewed. Warranty and customer service is useless: email and chat resulted in no responses from Detroit Axle. Warranty states customer is responsible for return shipping and replacement shipping. Shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS would cost nearly as much as product received from Amazon. This review and the pictures included are of Detroit Axle PN 10PR1200815(Amazon description is "Detroit Axle - Brake Kit for Lexus ES300 ES330 Brake Rotors Ceramic Brakes Pads Front and Rear Replacement: 11.65" inch Front and 10.59" inch Rear Rotors") after four months of normal use.     • wrong pads received
Was not happy received the box it was nicely packed in a heavy box, went to place rotors seen that the front and rear pads was not the same had to run to Oreilly's to get another set ,cost me more for a set of cheeper pads, and detroit only gave $50.00 bucks off on the returning of the wrong pads, not sure I will purchase from them again but over all called them they suggested to place order directly with them. not sure I will do that either. they need to make sure the part No# are correct. ... show more
