Fire pit was easy to assemble and components were solid. It would have been nice to have lock washers supplied with the fire pit, and you may want to use some to prevent nuts from loosening over time. I thought the fire pit was well designed. The Fire pit was a decent size so that it’s easy to have a bonfire that stays well contained in the fire pit. The sides of the fire pit are screened with decorative framing behind the screen so that heat from the fire can radiate from the sides of the fire pit and not just from the top, and the framing contains any logs that roll over to the sides. There’s a decent ledge along the outside of the fire pit so you can put drinks down or put your feet there. Very happy with it!

This was purchased as a gift for my husband. It's large and will hold a good amount of firewood without being too obtrusive in the backyard. It appears to be well made, but we haven't used it yet. The wire lid looks like it could give us a little trouble because it's not as sturdy as I'd hoped, but once again, haven't used it so we'll have to wait and see. It was easy to put together - package perfectly and arrived with no damage. It's attractive and will be a nice addition to our outdoor social space.

The fire pit arrived on time and is beautiful. This company sent it when promised and packaged well. The fire pit was easy to put together and although we haven't used it yet, I think will be just fine. My only issues are the following: The screen top is rather flimsy and has a hard time fitting on top without tipping and falling into the pit. If we had a fire in there, it would be hard to get it out. The "kit" comes with a forked tool to be used to lift the screen by its handle when it's hot. The tool is very short and if the screen were hot, one's hand would be burned as the lid tipped while being suspended in the area during the move off the pit. Otherwise, this is a beautiful and big pit and we can't wait to use it!

This is a great fire pit! It's nice looking and is nice and solid, and is BIG. We can stack around 6 split logs for a decent-sized fire with some empty space all around, so it feels controlled at all times. Bonus, a somewhat hysterical neighbor called the fire department the first time we used it, and when the firefighters came to our house they told us it looks good and safe :) This is a larger fire pit, so it's a good size for larger groups of people. We've used it with six adults and five kids toasting marshmallows, and there was room for everyone.

My second unit. First one lasted me four years. would have lasted longer but did not take care to empty ashes before Winter. Sat all Winter long. Rusted out floor. Other than that, held up wonderful.

Seems sturdy, time will tell. Assembly was straightforward and easy, HOWEVER, 2 Bolts and 6 nuts were missing as they are left loose in the box. As always, a tear in the box obviously allowed them to "escape." A .10c envelope would have avoided this issue! Now I have to go to the hardware store to pick up bolts & nuts. Had to drill several holes in the bottom for water to drain if needed. Purchased a heat mat to place underneath to keep from burning the grass, as it will be moved for each use. Also purchased a waterproof cover.

Got this as a surprise gift for someone. I put it together. If you don't have experience building things, you're going to get mad at it. Assemble it LOOSELY first, as you have to fidget with it to get everything to line up. If you bolt everything down tightly from the first step, things won't line up in the end. Good quality, looks great, and easy to use. Very happy with it!

When the product came it had rust. The firepit looks of poor quality. When assembled together it is not sturdy at all. It feels as though there are pieces missing. Do not waste your time.
