Cracking , some of the bolts made the wood crack ans had to use a nail gun to make it sturdy. Also reinforced some areas with extra 2x4

    • If you are missing a part there isn't customer service available from Amazon or Sunjoy
12 x 14 Sunjoy Gazebo. Great product for the price. Unfortunately , we are missing one part for the roof peak. There is a 6 inch gap . The 866 number redirects you to email and the instructions directs you to another Amazon site. No response from any of these. Frustrating to have an incomplete roof after all the time we spent putting it together. Once it rains , we will have a real problem. I will keep trying to contact . If we can't solve the problem I would tell consumers not purchase this product to purchase. ... show more

So the canopy is very nice and sturdy although mine came damaged from shipping and although I have tried to reach out to the company a couple times they are not excepting correspondence. It says that the website is down and parties cannot be reached

    • Crappy construction
Went to put it together and the prescribed in parts fell apart. Trying to get anyone on the phone is a complete joke. We’ve left 3 messages and received no call back. Literally sitting on hold now and it’s been 30 minutes. Pretty sure no on intends to answer.
