First of all..shipping was no issue, although directions were real vague. They could of been written with more detail. You have to look at the picture and figure some if it out. Had multiple inserts misaligned and pull through. I will be purchasing some additional hardware to beef up the runners front, back and sides. All in all its beautiful when it's all done. Just be careful not to over torque any hardware. I would recommend this product. ... show more

    • If you are missing a part there isn't customer service available from Amazon or Sunjoy
12 x 14 Sunjoy Gazebo. Great product for the price. Unfortunately , we are missing one part for the roof peak. There is a 6 inch gap . The 866 number redirects you to email and the instructions directs you to another Amazon site. No response from any of these. Frustrating to have an incomplete roof after all the time we spent putting it together. Once it rains , we will have a real problem. I will keep trying to contact . If we can't solve the problem I would tell consumers not purchase this product to purchase. ... show more

So the canopy is very nice and sturdy although mine came damaged from shipping and although I have tried to reach out to the company a couple times they are not excepting correspondence. It says that the website is down and parties cannot be reached

    • Grreat product!
The instruction say you need multiple people to install. If you have basic construction skills, it can be done by yourself and I did it. It takes a little longer, but it can be done. Highly recommend this product and seller!

Cracking , some of the bolts made the wood crack ans had to use a nail gun to make it sturdy. Also reinforced some areas with extra 2x4
