I really didn’t want to have to write this review because the sellers have been so kind with my questions, but overall I’m completely disappointed and dissatisfied in this product. Upon arrival, as we were starting to set up the pergola, we quickly realized that the instructions were missing in addition to all of the nuts and bolts to put the structure together. After reaching out to the sellers after about a week, they did ship the items so we could put the pieces together. After putting the pergola together, there were more pieces missing from the initial package in which I reached out to the sellers a secondary time to request the missing pieces and which, they were unable to ship them due to availability. Again, I understand things happen so we did our best to put it together with the pieces that we had and then with an hour, the fabric completely ripped away from the ties. The picture does not showcase the accurate colors. It states that it is black. It is definitely light gray. There are bars that go in the bottom of the panels that to my understanding would help weigh down the fabric panels however the most minimal amount of wind completely sends the fabric canopy into a whirlwind and completely messes the entire thing up- overall sort of happy with my customer service, but would never purchase again due to the quality of the item itself in the inability to get all of the pieces to physically put it together.
