Good for the price. Be very careful not to drop since very top heavy and one drop it cracks and is ruined could not glue or repair it. I had to buy another one with out the battery to use for parts to repair this one or use this one to have spare parts.

1. Manufacturer does not offer replacement parts. Need just a new cover for the pole saw chain and you have to buy a whole new unit. 2, The telescoping pole will not stay at selected position . If attempt to tighten the clamp bolts any further they fail.
