The case looks like it was made for something else. The cutouts don't really fit the tool. The tool itself appears as if there should be a detachable output hose, but there is a ring there which does nothing. Maybe it kind of serves as a strain relief, but it truly has no discernible purpose. The attachments do NOT screw into the output of the tool, but must be connected to the Prader clamp at the end of the hose. It does work well in terms of building pressure and inflating tires and water tank bladders. The digital pressure reading on both the original and the replacement reads at least 2 PSI higher than the actual pressure (used 3 other gauges to test). I returned the first one hoping the gauge would be accurate on the second. It was not. There is no way to calibrate it. Crimony! This is 2021, people! If you're going to incorporate a digital pressure readout in a handheld compressor, it should be accurate to withing 0.1 PSI or better. Once the tool reaches the set pressure (need to be the desired pressure + 2 PSI for me), it shuts off. This is as expected, but when you disconnect the hose from the Prader valve, the compressor starts again. It should require the finger trigger each time the compressor is started. I wish I could find this same kind of tool made by Dewalt. It is convenient and it does the job I bought it for. It just is lacking in too many ways. I'd pay more for a better higher quality tool... like $15 to $25 more. This is a 'bargain' tool, and I got what I paid for... almost. That's how it feels. I love this - no more lugging air compressor and extension cord!! It is easy to use - set the pressure you want, and it shuts off when it gets there. Can keep in the car. Highly recommend this item.

I have VERY low profile tires on my 370z and every Fall I have a problem with tire pressure. It can be perfect for a week and then depending on the temp. and where I parked it can go from 45 psi to 15.5 by the next day. Nothing is worse than driving down the road and a warning light comes on as soon as I’m a few miles away from home. My parents actually had one of these and told me about it. It’s AMaZING! So small and lightweight it can fit inside my door pocket. Worth every dime! May not be as fast as a full air compressor but for its size, it’s amazing. It has literally filled my tires up 30 psi in a matter of a few minutes. Every one needs one in case of an emergency! The battery holds an amazing charge and not heavy at all. I recommend this to anyone! So easy to use and just the thought of knowing it’s in my car makes me feel better. ... show more

    • Portable tire inflator!
Purchased this for our SUV tires to inflate. It seems to work well. The only problem I experienced was when I set the tire pressure I wanted to inflate the tires it’s tops short of the desired pressure. I had to work at it several times to get the tire pressure on all four tires. It certainly beats having to pay at the gas station for “Free Air” at $2.00 and it runs our before you can inflate your tires. I like the inflatable Sun Joe! I recommend it! ... show more
