This stuff is just beautiful on the skin. It is a sheerer coverage and I'm not sure if it could be built up to medium but I have my doubts. It is one of those "polishing" products - It makes you look put together and polished. It has a whipped, airy consistency that took a little getting used to but it's nothing major. I'm over 50 and have tried many makeup products for fine lines etc and found that there is no miracle cream. This product is silky and smooth, coverage is good but not as good as on the product pictures. Fine lines are still visible and it doesn't cover blemishes. Another con is that it doesn't have any SPF protection. However I like the light coverage and how it matches my skin color, price is also good. I probably buy again but will continue using my makeup with SPF sun protection from L'loreal. ... show more

This product definitely gives you a matte and blurred effect. My skin looked really nice and "filtered", the shade was good, and it felt very light on the skin. The thing that disappointed me the most was the fact that it pilled on my skin extremely bad with my sunscreen. If you have anything on before this that creates a film on the skin, this will not work well with it. I washed my face again and just put on my moisturizer and waited for it to dry down and it worked fine. I really like this product, but it doesn't make sense to me that I would have to give up my sun protection just to wear this. I wish this had sunscreen in it as well so that I could rely on it to be my makeup and sunscreen all in one. ... show more
