Everything about this product/kit is as advertised -- except the part about it inflating a tire to 35psi in 2-3 minutes. (Maybe they meant 20-30 minutes.) I've used these kinds of portable inflators many times, and this one is just as good as any of the little ones -- but the whole reason I bought it was that my other one was underpowered and this was advertised as powerful. One thing I really DO like about it is the long power cord and the long compressor hose -- allowing you to reach any tire on a standard car or truck easily. ... show more

I have older tires and sometimes they get deflated while I’m out. I always worried I’d not find an air pump, I don’t have to worry anymore now that I have this kit! It’s easy to use, it works really well, and it’s compact for easy storage in the car! The case is sturdy and it latches shut well to avoid for it all coming out of the case. You get a lot of items for your money in the kit and each item has its place and is held in its own spot well. It’s handy having the tools there in case you need them while on the go.     • Fresh out of the box and it doesn't turn on
Everything about this kit is great! Everything except of course, the fact that the pump wont turn on when plugged into any outlet I have. Of course this happened when I needed it which resulted in having to use a service call from AAA instead that took 2 hours to arrive and killed my entire work day which lost me money. Since the return/ exchange window was so short, I'll now have to disassemble the pump and trouble shoot the problem to fix it out of the shear principle of the matter. I'm not going to spend money on a new product if the original didn't work to begin with. Overall, this kit has everything you'd need in a tire emergency and I definitely recommend this product. Just be sure to plug it in and test it as soon as you get it unlike me who had too much trust in a product to work as it should. ... show more
