Ordered the pool in March because it was a great deal. Assembled at the end of May (beyond the 30-day return window). One filter hose is cracked. I had an old pump from which I was able to use a hose, so it's fine. Amazon won't allow me to contact seller. It is a lot more shallow than described. The dimension is less than the 14' that it lists. It is not strong plastic because the first day we got it we started fillinging it, it sprung a small leak we had to fix becasue we'd already spent a lot of $ on the gallons of water filling it. The ladder is cheap and shakey. Not worth the $500 dollars for this cheap pool. Would have been better off spending 7 or 800 dollars for a more sturdy pool that would last a least a year or so. The pump is real small and doesn't seem to do much either. Very disappointing. I could have bought a similar pool to this somewhere else for a third of the price. Very misleading and expensive for what little you get. ... show more
