The media could not be loaded. Pool itself is nice however the seals are bad and I emailed company and they won’t answer me! Can’t really use it without losing water! Not sure what to do at this point!

Really big pool which we loved, however the ladder is horrible and does not come with a skimmer. Also the pump that is provided is undersized and I replaced it with a larger one that works better. I also had to get a better ladder as the one provided was very wobbly. The cover was also very thin a ri
pped after the second use. I expected the cover to have a better anchoring system but it only had to 2 places to tighten it down. For the price I would expect better equipment overall. Not top of line equipment but at least mid grade equipment. On the plus side the pool itself does seem to be holding up well.

pool pump didn't work correctly. the company refused to honor the warranty. the seals leaked and top rails bent. complete waste of money with terrible customer service

Came with everything needed to get started, very easy to put together, and lots of fun! Giving 4 stars because the pump isn't the greatest and the ladder is pretty wobbly, but overall I love it. Great for the family in the summer!

We didn’t realize the pool did not have a skimmer built into the pool. We didn’t even think to look. We are very disappointed we had to buy a portable skimmer.
