The pool is great and arrived quickly. I just did not receive the maintenance kit or the cover like I should have.

    • Pool is ok, but package arrives late with missing items and poor customer service!
The pool itself is ok. Skimmer seems cheaply made. Condensation got inside the pump controller, although it still works for now. Package arrived late. It was missing parts (skimmer lid, ground cloth, pool cover, maintenance kit). Seller gave partial refund right away for only cost of ground cloth and they sent a replacement skimmer lid a week later than they promised. I'll give a little credit for that effort. But they did nothing about the missing pool cover or maintenance kit. They are now apparently ignoring me. It has been 10 days since I asked again about the pool cover and maintenance kit and no response to my messages. It has been an entire month since I reported the missing items to them. Easy to assemble, really great quality for the price, missing the pool cover, ground cloth and maintenance kit. I, and my grandchildren really LOVE it ! I did upgrade the filter to the 16" Sand Filter.

Love, love, love our pool. Easy to set up and was impressed with the quality of the equipment that came with it. However and this is a big however, the company it was shipped through was terrible to work with. Wouldn't drive up our driveway or off load. We have a business here too and have never had a delivery company refuse to drive up and off load. They told me on the phone that I needed to have someone at the road to unload the 250 pound box . Would have sent it back if I hadn't had a local lumber company take delivery for me. ... show more

Easy to put together. Was missing a box and company made it right with no questions asked… even sent a pool volleyball game to “fix” their mistake. Was very pleased.

Please read all reviews which I wish I had before purchasing. Ours did not come with pool cover, ground cloth or the “deluxe maintenance kit”. It’s pretty standard. Pool, ladder and filter. We had to purchase all the extras in between. Figure after all that it might be good enough for “hopefully” a few years. Enough for the grand kids to cool off in. ... show more

The color is not gray as stated. It is brown and kinda ugly. The cover does not fit a round pool. It is too small and would tear as we would try to pull it to put it on. We could not use it and had to order a larger size one. *BUT the pump works great. The quality of the pool is great. I thought the skimmer basket seemed cheap at first but I have been very satisfied with it. The side skimmer was one of the big reason why I ordered this. Plus the color that was suppose to be gray. It is over priced considering the cover doesn't fit and the color is wrong so it is not unique. The maintenance kit works fine. In the past we use our electric pool vac but this was so quick and easy to use. I would not reorder it unless it was alot cheaper. ... show more
