Please read this before buying a summer waves pool from Amazon. I purchased a swimming pool for my grandkids we assembled the pool put water in it and within an hour the pool exploded. It ripped apart were the same as were bonded together. We were fortunate that I had gotten my four-year-old grandson out of the swimming pool when we did. 3000 gallons of water came out with such force that if someone had gotten trapped they could have drowned. The company I bought mine from was called TMH ventures. They have bogus phone numbers, and they will not contact me concerning this matter. Amazon has failed miserably to help me at all, in any kind of way. The only messages I’m getting off Amazon are generic text messages telling me to contact TMH Ventures. Look at the pictures before you buy any summer wave pools from Amazon and see the damage that they did to my driveway and lawn before ordering anything from Amazon. They may ship fast but they are Incompetent as far as trying to reach a resolution when you have a problem. If you can reach anyone at all

I have twin 3 year olds and live in S Florida. It is hot, they need to practice swimming. It works well, just stay on top of maintenance. Clean the filter every few days ans replace it monthly. Add chlorine (powder) regularly, get a skimmer and a cheap pool vacuum that hooks up to a hose to clean the bottom every 2 weeks or so and cover it when not in use. This same pool has sold for less recently and included a ladder and 2 replacement filters. But, it was in low supply when purchased it so I understand. Also, make sure to put a soft surface underneath. I bought the cheap rubber floor tiles at Harbor Freight and it makes a nice soft surface for the liner on to of the concrete, feels better on your feet too. One last thing. Don’t overfill, it will spill out and don’t overinflated the air ring. It expands during the hot day. Leave room for expansion. And try to use a flat surface. Follow these tips and your pool should last awhile.

I rec'd this order on time, an easy set up as we have had these type of pools for over 20 years. Pool was set level, filled to the fill line and enjoyed for 5 days before a seam burst 15-16" in length and the pool emptied within minutes. I have asked for a refund as this is not an item that can be returned and have had no reply from the company.

Purchased this for my kids for the summer was the worst purchase i ever made! Where do i begin it came with a tiny slit in ring where you blow it up . I was told to put a patch ,but it still leaked so bad after an hour it was empty. We kept trying to fix it then noticed it began to leak water now . And the pump would not stay on more then a few mins and blow .We called amazon to try and get a replacement all we got sent was another filter they said they couldn’t replace pool since it was from a 3rd party seller and they refused. We tried numerous times to get either another pool or a refund amazon refuses . So now i am out over 330 and my kids still have no pool and i’m left with a terrible high water bill. I have been a amazon customer over 10 years and I expected way better then this!!! And as if that was not bad enough the pool purchased feom amazon comes with a tag and sticker purchased feom big lots for 129!

I thoroughly enjoyed this during my summer. I was in it everyday with my one year old. Plenty big enough to lay out in and let kids play. High recommend investing in one :)
