    • I overpaid but it was worth it.
I have twin 3 year olds and live in S Florida. It is hot, they need to practice swimming. It works well, just stay on top of maintenance. Clean the filter every few days ans replace it monthly. Add chlorine (powder) regularly, get a skimmer and a cheap pool vacuum that hooks up to a hose to clean the bottom every 2 weeks or so and cover it when not in use. This same pool has sold for less recently and included a ladder and 2 replacement filters. But, it was in low supply when purchased it so I understand. Also, make sure to put a soft surface underneath. I bought the cheap rubber floor tiles at Harbor Freight and it makes a nice soft surface for the liner on to of the concrete, feels better on your feet too. One last thing. Don’t overfill, it will spill out and don’t overinflated the air ring. It expands during the hot day. Leave room for expansion. And try to use a flat surface. Follow these tips and your pool should last awhile. ... show more

    • wait until you try to take it down
I thought this was going to be great. It started that way. We had the 14' x 36". It was great when we were in it. There were a couple of things....There always seemed to be something on the top of the water, since there was no skimmer. It wasn't easy to vacuum with the hope vacuum I bought for it. But the absolute worst part was taking it down. After 2 days of removing the majority of water through the garden hose there was still about 8 inches of water left. It was below the plug so we kept trying to lift the other side like the directions say. The plug is plastic so it didn't fit snug with our hoses.....all 3 of which we tried! We finally gave up and slashed the bottom of the pool and let the remaining water run out. We had no recourse! I think I paid over $300 with tax and shipping and it is NOT worth it! Next year I buy a regular pool. I would not recommend this. Maybe the small ones are o.k but this size is not! I wish I knew this before I bought it! ... show more

    • Watch out for the birds
It's important to straight out the floor and it must be level. Our porch is not level and there's not any support structure and it lobbed to the declining side. My husband aired it up with a compressor. Unfortunately, black birds have landed on the inflatable rim and punctured it and it collapsed. I patched a hole with flex tape and they punctured it again. Bought another pool without an inflatable rim and it's working out so far. ... show more

I rec'd this order on time, an easy set up as we have had these type of pools for over 20 years. Pool was set level, filled to the fill line and enjoyed for 5 days before a seam burst 15-16" in length and the pool emptied within minutes. I have asked for a refund as this is not an item that can be returned and have had no reply from the company. ... show more

    • Great for fun but....
I have purchase this size pool for 5 years now and I do love it. Of course I only paid 100.00 for my previous two and it was a Best way brand. Of course that was before COVID which raised prices on everything. I needed a new one this year and I purchased this one. Its suppose to be the same size but this pool is smaller. I see it where the circle on the grass is and its shorter then my previous pool. Box size says the exact same as my old one but, it is smaller. It will have to do cause its getting hot. There is no fault on the seller. I received it fast. Thank you. ... show more

    • Not exactly what I thought.
When filling to fill line it’s more like 30in not 36. Wish the plug for filling air was a little bigger. Also the box said 15’ not 14 like the listing. Was wider than expected so had to adjust the space it was going a little.

Great for the price. Only issue was I had to replace the filter after a few weeks as it’s just too much pool for the small filter provided.

    • Make sure ground is completely level.
Ordered this for our 4th of July cookout for the kids and the pool collapsed 3 times while setting it up so make sure you have it on a perfectly level ground. When the kids came to play they only had about 2 feet of water to play in but they had a great time playing in it
