    • Decent Pool but not Worth $569 Under Normal Circumstances
This is a decent pool, and it arrived pretty quickly. It came with the pump, and easy to assemble. The problem is the price gouging. The pool came with a price tag from Big Lots for $109!!! We paid $569! The things we do for our kids during pandemic.

    • Good quality but doesn't winter over in storage, buy for under $100
I've bought this pool twice, The first one went through its first summer fine. The second summer, when I pulled it out of storage it had a couple of leaks that were patchable. The third summer it was leaking so much that I tossed the liner and bought a new pool. This is now the second summer for the new pool and it has a few small leaks but will probably survive the summer. After each summer I drain, dry, and then carefully fold up the liner. I think it is just poor material and it becomes brittle after a few months regardless of how carefully it is stored. What's worse, there is no way to find just a liner. The entire pool kit ends up costing less (at Big Lots) than any replacement liners I've been able to find. With that said, the pool is great for the amount it costs. I have a large patio, so I'm able to set it up on a flat, solid surface with a tarp underneath to protect the liner base. Note that the base it thinner (and unreinforced) material compared to the sides so be sure to have a surface with nothing sharp underneath. A tarp helps. As long as you cover the pool (about $18) and keep chlorine tables in it, you can go all summer without changing the water. No green at all. The skimmer pump and filter don't move a lot of water, but enough to get bugs off the surface and the occasional leaf that falls in. Enjoy this pool. Just don't buy it here ($230!) and expect to replace it every year or two. ... show more

    • Yes, the price is ridiculously high but it’s worth it
Set up was incredibly easy. Pool looks pretty sturdy and good. We bought a separate skimmer for the pool. We put it on grass and used a heavy tarp in between which seems to be working great. Overall, good pool for 1-2 years. Corona Virus really has increased the demand for pools so we purchased the pool for almost $700 even though Big Lots sells them for $109. However, Big Lots and everywhere else is literally all sold out. If you have the $, it’s worth the buy. Kids love it. I am concerned about a rip or tear but I am just being diligent about which pool toys I allow in. ... show more

With the summer of 2020 bring a close to water parks, needed and option for the summer. We did pay more than it normally would have been any other year, but we’ll worth it. So simple and quick to set up. One person could do it on there own, but I had help. Be sure to put a cushion or covering of some sort under it to help your feet and preserve the bottom. Filled nicely and love the size. Ours came with the pump and filter and it is a lifesaver. Pump could be a little larger, but gets the job done. No ladder needed for adults to get in and out. We purchased a cleaning set to get a vacuum and brush for it also, and highly recommend it. Depth is great to sit down and cool down in. We are able to get 2 adult size floats comfortably in it. Recommend getting pool shock and water clarify to have on hand and also purchase extra filters. Makes the quarantine of 2020 much easier to get through. ... show more
