Easy to assemble and sturdy, comfy. Only issue is it’s a little on the smaller size butt-wise. So keep that in mind when purchasing. Weight limit says 330. I’m much less than that but its just a bit of a tight fit. I have no regrets tho! this chair is amazing

At first I was so exited about the chair. It is nice looking, and pretty comfortable. Putting it together was easy enough. But then after my young nephew and I both sat in it for about 5 minutes each. I went to move the chair and one of the wheels had broke apart. A piece of a wheel just broke right off the chair. My nephew only weighs about 75 pounds, and I'm below 300. This chair says it can hold up to 330 pounds. So that should not be why it broke. The worst part is that I couldn't put the chair together right away when delivered. I was in the hospital, then laid up, then traveling for 2 weeks. So by time I was able to get out built, it was part the return date with Amazon. I did call and explained the situation. The only thing offered to me was a $5 credit to try to buy a new wheel. So I then emailed the manufacturer explaining everything, and never heard back from them. So I paid over $170 for a chair that broke the first time we sat in it. Now the chair does not roll easily. And I'm afraid to sit in it because I don't want it breaking more. Update: after posting this review the seller reached out to me to see what they could do to fix my problem. So they are going to send me a new wheel so my chair will be fixed. I can't wait to enjoy my chair finally! ... show more

Putting this thing together, I was nervous. I was wondering if it would be hard since I’m not known for my handiness skill. Putting the chair together took me an hour at the very most, and I surprisingly had a lot of fun with it. The chair is a perfect fit for my little office space, and compared to my last one, this thing is great. I love that it reclines and that the elbow pads are cushioned far better than my last chair. It was the last yellow item on hand so I was a little hesitant ordering it that it could be a return item also. I like the yellow color on the website but it's much gorgeous in person. I don't know about the other colors but I'm loving this yellow color. The arm rest curves to your arm when resting. (It does not fold) It got a vibrating lumbar powered by USB and neck support. You can detach the vibrating pad for your neck since its held by strap only. The main thing this shines for me is that cool yellow stitchings. There is a leg rest also neatly stowed out of the way when not in use. Assembly is straight forward. Delivery is fast via UPS. So why 4? With it's decent price compared to other $300 plus chairs, I can't complain too much. But I would like an improvement on the arm rest cushion. A lot of us or maybe just me tend to do an elbow rest instead especially on my left since I'm a lefty. The left arm rest cushion is now uneven due to my frequent leaning. Maybe a semi hard rubber is a good alternative for it. It's starting to squeak I guess it's time to retighten the bolts. Other than that, I am very satistied with the purchase. ... show more

Made really cheap. Wheels broke after just a couple weeks. Super uncomfortable in the seat cushion, however to be fair the back rest, lumbar , and head pillow were nice. Next the arms of the chair started to break and the foot rest stopped near mid calf. I’m an average guy 5’10 185 lbs
