I bought it for my granddaughter's car (2007 Corolla). IT works. She needs it in order to be safe on the road when she drives. I am not sure if they actually used it yet, but it is better to be safe in case the battery gives any trouble.

Holy cow. I don’t know much about these things aside from the fact that they worked the very first time I tried them. Battery dead in the car and was going to have to get it towed (I can change a regular battery. My girlfriend’s mini cooper does it have a normal battery placement and has to be replaced by someone certified to keep the electrical system going while the battery is being replaced or the car will NOT start. Plus it’s in a super ridiculous-have to get out tools and take off panels under the hood just to get to it type of battery.) No need for a tow fee. Drove it right up to auto zone and they diagnosed it as just a battery issue. I’ve used these (likely not wisely) just to get around town for the past few days and I freaking love em. I can’t speak to how long they will last as the car is now in working order and I don’t foresee needing them anytime soon, but I can tell you that they work and that $40 or $50 is a small price to pay when you’re talking about towing your car and getting a Lyft or an Uber. Get it. You’ll be glad you did when you’re stuck in a parking lot full of people that don’t want to help or an altogether empty parking lot with nobody to ask for help.

UPDATE******** Seller did contact me again. He indicated he was the "Manager" of this brands customer service and that the first guy was just an "Intern". We agreed that if I would buy the currently available 1500 Amp model then they would refund that same amount after arrival. While being a little skeptical of this arrangement they did indeed refund that amount in a very timely manner. Because of this I have updated my review. The sellers representative was thorough - followed through with their stated warranty - and was courteous. Because of this I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. This review is for SUHU Car Battery Jump Starter, 2500 Amp. What the SAME SELLER offers now is a 1500 Amp version. I received mine on Jan 7, 23 used it twice and it worked surprisingly good. On the third use Feb 28, 23 (I own a (small me-only) auto repair facility) it would no longer pass power from the battery through the adapters battery connection ends. Battery tests fine even with a load but the jump adapter has failed. I also tried to put a load on the connection ends by attaching it to a partially discharged battery - still no power. I contacted the seller with my problem who by the way claims a TWO YEAR warranty and their answer was as follows: "We no longer sell this product on Amazon, maybe you could buy a new adapter from someone else." They go on to say "would you accept a $5 refund for your problem". I returned a message to them indicating that since the jumpers adapter connectors were actually the same then please just send me one from your new model and everything will be fine. To this I NEVER RECEIVED AN ANSWER. So much for the claimed 2 year warranty and after sale service specifying "we will give you a satisfactory solution." My options now are to disassemble the adapter - bypass all the circuit board safety features - and hard wire it back together OR properly dispose of the whole thing as UN-usable. My preference would be for the seller to contact me again and/or send a new adapter but I am not holding my breath. IN CONCLUSION. It cost $50. If you care to take a $50 chance on something that (most likely) may not live up to it's hype then proceed but with a bit of caution. If the seller wants to contact me again and provide a "SATISFACTORY SOLUTION" then at that time I will re-evaluate my review.

Those that rated this product 5 stars are probably more write than me. I rated it less than perfect because I had problems getting it to charge my EVs 12 volt battery but after many tries I did finally succeed. But I suspect the real problem was just how bad my 12 volt battery was. The problem probably is the fault of my Fiat 500e which didn't give any diagnostic warning until that battery was so far gone that it had visibly expanded in size and my EV could not start without a jump start. Also since EVs don't need any cranking power to start, a 12 volt battery can be far more degraded and still start the EV ok. So when I first tried the jump starter it gave me the "REVERSE POLARITY OR SHORT CIRCUI" error. I got past this error but connecting the + to + and - to ground after several failed attempts at connecting + to + and - to - and getting the error. However, connecting - to ground only got my EV to start to come on but then shut off. But apparently this also fixed my reverse polarity problem because when in frustration I again tried + to + and - to - I was able to start my EV. But even this didn't work the first time and wasn't consistent. But I did succeed in getting my EV started and drove it to a repair shop that replaced my 12v battery. Now my EV works as normal with the new battery. The reason I tried + to + and - to - is because that is how a tow service got my EV started before I bought the jump starter. The reason I tried + to + and - to ground is because that is how my Fiat manual says to jump start it. The first time I tried - to ground I got a spark like one would get connecting jumper cables backwards (but not as strong a spark). The combination of the reverse polarity or short errors and this spark makes me think that in the time that I waited for the jump starter to be delivered that my 12v battery went from little to no charge to reverse polarity. But it would be hard for a gas car to have these problems because the battery would stop being able to crank the car long before the battery is so bad that it has no charge or reverses polarity.
