These items are easy enough to install after you figure out the one labeled front isn’t so much the direction that the blade must face but the one towards the whole car is items are two different widths and one is for the back and one is for the front that is my biggest critic

No Installation Instructions in the Package, but it comes with just 4 Bolts and a Torque Wrench to tighten them down to 8 Nm. The slightly longer rack goes in the front. And see the arrows for facing them towards the front of the vehicle. It was a nice little torque wrench but it needs the 8 Nm marking on both sides! I marked it myself so I could see when I got to the force mark. If you know what you will be placing on your rack you can set the distance between the bars. I did not, so I just set them about 36" apart. ... show more

OEM crossbars that fit perfect on my ‘21 Ascent. Like previous reviewers have said, no instructions were provided but installation was easy. The slightly longer bar goes in the front and once you loosen the bolts with the provided Allen wrench, the clamps open up and you can attach the bars to the rails. Close up the clamps and tighten the bolts back up and you’re in business. Very secure. ... show more

Seems sturdy and well built. I kinda wish there was a quick release mounting option to quickly reposition the bars on the fly, but I haven’t really had a problem with the original distance I mounted them at. I haven’t noticed any wind noise that others had mentioned, so I’m thinking it depends on where you mount the rails. ... show more
