Incredibly happy with this Couch! I spent 4 months looking into boneless couches and comparing prices, etc. For a size reference my fiance is 6'1, and he can lay out in either direction with extra foot space still leftover. The color is exactly as pictured, and it is extremely easy to clean. My daughter is in her color everything phase, but a little fabuloso and a rag has wiped every stain right off! I will say that the ottoman is not as sturdy as the rest of the couch, with the foam not being as dense. So, be careful if you push it together like a bed, because you might just roll off if you plop without a thought... Not that I'm speaking from experience or anything. The back cushions are surprisingly functional and more supportive than I would have expected. All in all this is a fantastic couch, especially for family households 💜

So I got my couch yesterday and I'm super happy !!! It is everything I hoped it would be. It's firm yet soft. The quality feels like it's going to hold up for years. ( I hope ) Couldn't sleep last night so I came down and slept on the couch. It was soooo comfortable. No need for the 48 to 72 hour. In my opinion it was ready in 3. Only thing is I did not get my Ottoman. I sent a message about it and I'm waiting on a reply. Not sure what happened because it said everything was delivered. After I get that I'm going to be very happy. Oh I did get extra pullow for behind the big pillows for better back support because the back is super short. Which makes sence to me. Otherwise it would loss its firm shape in the back. Very worth it!!!

I have had this couch over a week now and it’s one of the best Amazon purchases I have made. I got the 2 seater right facing chaise with ottoman in camel. The camel color is almost a grayish color. It’s a beautiful couch. It’s very comfortable and firm but soft at the same time. It was 90% expanded within 1 minute, then completely filled out within 24 hours. The only down side is the back is a little low so if you want to be able to lean back comfortably, you will need to add more pillows in the back and have the couch against a wall. This isn’t a problem for me and I like the extra pillows. I would buy this couch again and have already recommended it to friends. Customer service is wonderful.

This couch is pretty decent for the price. It was quite easy to unbox and get set up. It did come in two different shipments on two different days about 4 days apart, which I didn't know until I contacted the seller after only receiving half of the couch. The couch itself is very firm, which I would not have guessed by looking at the pictures on Amazon. I thought it would be comfy and squishy. My biggest issue with it is that the back of the couch is about 12 inches shorter that the actual cushions, so it is not possible to sit straight up and have any kind of back support. I ordered the camel color, which I was thinking would be more beige, but it is actually more of a greyish taupe color that you can see in my photos. Again, decent couch for the price. Would I buy it again, probably not.

I couldn’t love this purchase more! Is it a bit nerve wracking to order a sectional without ever testing it out? Yes! But was this purchase worth it? YES!! Arrived in 2 shipments and getting the pieces out of the box was no easy feat, getting thru the gazillion layers of tape and plastic wrap was enough to induce an anxiety attack, but once you got to the last layer and poked a hole in the vacuum seal…it was set up and fluffed up instantly! The quality is incredible, it feels like a cozy blanket, the color is actually a bit lighter in person, but not by much. I can’t say enough about this and how much we all love it. Don’t hesitate…JUST BUY THIS!

I absolutely love this couch. I pondered for weeks about whether I should get it or not. I read all the reviews and watched all the videos TWICE! Y'all this is a must have for the price! I received 2 boxes within 3 days and the last box (with the chaise) a day earlier than anticipated (yesterday). As many people have stated, the back is low but I bought throw pillows (18 x 18) with a pop of color to put behind the big ones that come with it. Mine is against the wall which after reading the reviews, I knew that is what I would do. It is so awesome! It looks so good in my space. My 24 year old son loves it and says that he is buying the same thing for his apartment. My dogs also approve, as they have stolen the chaise (it sits in front of the window). Don't over think it....just do it. You can't beat the quality for the price!

Couch is amazing, it’s firm but not stiff, it has no memory whatsoever, when you stand up after laying on it, the cushion pops back up like you were never there. High quality fabric. Very very soft, I honestly can’t say enough good about it. My parents bought the same set after they saw mine. The customer service is top3 in any product I’ve dealt with. They respond within 20 mins of each reply. Get it, you won’t regret it.
