While teleworking, I have been spending a lot of time in my office. I decided to improve the comfort level in my office for my pups. I got a dark gray ottoman on Amazon, and that worked out perfectly. I decided to look for matching chair with the armrests and back to secure my girls when laying in it and I need to stack the pillows/cushions up so that they can look out the window while laying in the chair. After looking through pages and pages and hundreds of armchairs on Amazon, I was so happy to find this one - perfect color and perfect size. I only have a small space for it and it needs to leave enough space for me to get behind the desk. My plan was to play the back cushion down to elevate the pillows I have. The box arrived a week earlier than expected. YEAH!! It took 2 weeks to arrive, and it's so worth the wait. All the pieces arrived in bags, and in pieces which made it so easy for me to carry up the stairs. The chair was so easy to put together. The back of the chair behind the cushion is finished - thank-goodness. With the back cushion laying on the seat, the chair still has a finished look. I put the chair in my office with a pillow on top of the back cushion which is laying down. My girls jumped on it to check it out, and one just loves it so much. She tested out different sleep position, and settled in a gap on the back cusion between the shifted pillow and the dog bed. (see pictures). I am so happy with this chair - love that it matches the ottoman from another company perfectly, and that my girl loves loves loves it!! Listen!! To those people who complained about this chair being flimsy or not sturdy, ignore those reviews. This chair is very stable and sturdy! It has a really solid feel to it and decent weight! It’s actually very comfortable and it’s the perfect size. I honestly didn’t care much for the color of the legs BUT I varnished them and WOW! What a difference! You will love these chairs! I ordered two of these. They were fairly easy to assemble. The chairs look great and they are comfortable. I wanted something easy to move that wouldn’t hold pet hair. I’ve had them a month or so now and still like them. The legs are a touch long and could be sturdier but we are just extra careful with them. I’ll give the seller an A+ on customer service. When I got the chairs one of them came with a tear in the material. I asked for just a new piece to replace that part. The seller sent me an entirely new chair at their cost and don’t have me return the old one. If you want a budget friendly, nice looking chair this is the way to go. ... show more
