  • Don't Waste Your $$$$
Style: I7 8th/RTX 3050Ti M
Very cheaply made... it performs well in some instances and the graphics are nice and win 11 runs smooth but that's where the fun ends.. I wound up reformatting it 2x's... And the Nvidia graphics app never reinstalled.. When I first plugged it in the screen glitched intermittently.... I paid almost $700 USD... I expected a much better performance... I wound up returning it and getting a mini PC at nearly half the price and it has i9 and 32 gbs of RAM compared to this thing... Don't waste your time with this inferior disappointment.. ... show more

  • Not at first
When I first set this up, it wasn't connecting to the new gaming monior that I purchased seperately. I contacted customer service. They answered right away, were very pleasant and concerned with my issue. I explained I didn't know that much about computers. They suggested that I might not have connected the cable to the right in/out put. I tried several different cables and settings, hdmi and dpi, and even hooked the compter up to another monitor, still nothing. Soooo....... I watched a few youtube videos and googled a few topics on the matter. I unplugged everything and started all over, no luck. I took out the little battery, waited and reinserted it, nope not the problem. Then I took out and blew air the ram/memory sticks and replaced them. It seems the ram/memory sticks were the problem, maybe one was a little loose or had some dust on them, there were four of them. When I reinserted them and turned everything back on "IT WORKED" !!!!! The computer is up and running and looks and sounds wonderful. Whew... what an ordel for someone who really doesn't know that much about how the electronics works. I did not want to exchange the computer for another as this was a surprise for my son, and he was due home in a few days. He says the grapics are great and he loves it. After looking and researching about gaming computers and grapic cards and ram and memory and fans, I found this was a really good deal. Customer service followed up with an email to see if I had gotten it work. I am very happy and my son is very happy. ... show more

  • WORST PC EVER BUILT DO NOT BUY
Some kids must be building these. Absolute scam. Every single time I try to connect an Xbox remote it fails, even with a wired connection. Updated numerous drivers. Also started randomly shutting off and restarting while playing games. Like lame ass games too, beginner games like fortnight (no offense). My son is devastated. I should’ve purchased a new Xbox. This is not a pc. Just POS components thrown together in a case. What a great waste of a Christmas gift. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannot stress more, you see that be or two negatives and a big much of positives in reviews but this machine is HORRIBLE. ... show more

  • Know what you are buying. Gaming computer? Maybe if it is Solitaire.
I bought this for my daughter so she could play Fortnite with her two brothers that I had built computers for 3 years ago. Well after getting it online and downloading all of the updates to get it current I realized that this can't be updated to Windows 11 because of the i7 processor. Again no fault of the manufacturer, but on my own ignorance I know nothing about Intel processors, but I assumed that if you are selling a gaming computer in 2023 it can handle 2023 games. I downloaded Fortnite and loaded it up excited to get her up and running. Well right off the bat I was glitching out in the lobby just waiting to get into the game. Once I was in the game it was all over, I was averaging 10 frames a second and lag like you wouldn't believe. This has a 1660TI GPU which both my boys have and have no issues getting 120+ frames so I knew it wasn't that. I pulled up Task Manager and the i7 was MAXED OUT. So I ended up buying a B550 motherboard, 3200Mhz Ram, Ryzen 5 processor and new power supply, and finally I was getting 120+ frames with no lag. So I am out almost the price I paid for this combo to make it a "Gaming Computer". There was no bait and switch here just my lack of knowledge on Intel processors and assuming that a 3 year newer PC labeled gaming PC would beat my boys old ones. Life Lesson: You still get what you pay for.... ... show more

  • SSD failed after 6 months
My experience has been disappointing due to hardware failures. The KingFast 1TB SSD failed within six months of owning the computer. Troubleshooting the issue was frustrating, as I am not an IT expert. Initially, I noticed the computer would randomly crash mid-game, which became more frequent over time. To resolve the issue, I attempted a Windows restore, hoping it was a software-related problem. However, after reinstalling Steam and Epic Games Launcher, the crashes became even more frequent. Eventually, the system stopped booting entirely and would only load into the BIOS menu. After some investigation, I found that the hard drive was no longer detected in the BIOS. To confirm whether it was the drive or the motherboard causing the issue, I tested the SSD on another computer—where it was also not recognized. This confirmed that the SSD had completely failed. For a gaming PC at this price, I expected better reliability. Having a primary storage device fail so quickly is unacceptable. While the other components, such as the Intel Core i7 processor, GTX 1660 Ti GPU, and 32GB RAM, are solid on paper, the system is only as good as its weakest part—and in this case, the storage drive was a major failure point. If you’re considering this PC, I highly recommend replacing the SSD with a more reliable brand before using it heavily. Otherwise, you might end up dealing with the same frustrating issues I did. ... show more
