My Chevy Silverado feels like a totally different vehicle now that I installed this. Compared to the tiny factory display, the 13.1-inch 2K QLED screen is much larger and clearer, making it much simpler to use maps, play music, or change settings. It has a smooth touch response, much like a tablet, and is bright enough to see everything clearly even on sunny days without squinting. Android Auto and Wireless CarPlay function flawlessly, and the sound quality is noticeably superior to that of the original system. The backup camera is a fantastic extra feature, and installation was rather simple.     • Great radio but no video output functions, need a USB to video converter.
Nice radio. It works like like suppose to. But Im only giving 3 stars because I had a video output wire but this radio does not transmit video signals at all. After doing so much research online and getting this unit reinstalled by professionals the manufacturer finally got back to me just to say their radio does not have a video output function to extra TV monitors. So disappointed. I got rid of my other android for this unit because it was bigger. So now I have useless monitors in my headrest. Update rear signal for extra screens you will need a USB to video converter for video transmission. An extra cost of $25 dollars but it will work. Great radio. Now I gave it a 4 star. The picture quality on this 13.1inch unit is absolutely incredible the colors are vibrant and the clarity is top notch Installation was a easy and the included HD backup camera is a massive upgrade that provides a crystal clear view While the sound felt a bit flat right out of the box the built in EQ is very responsive After spending a few minutes fine tuning the settings I was able to get it sounding great It might not be a high end audiophile setup i was worry about loose Factory features but considering the features also retain most of OEM features as steering control and amp ... show more

    • Not good as I thought
When I look at this video on YouTube, I thought it was the best thing then I got it then it was the best thing. My first thing was the steering wheel controls didn’t work and I said OK I could do without that. Then it kept on disconnecting from CarPlay. After about a month and a half the screen start turning black when I try to play it on CarPlay. Then I could not talk on the microphone while it was on Bluetooth. It only had to be on CarPlay, but CarPlay wasn’t working so I was not able to talk on the phone. And you have to do a different sound when it’s not connected to CarPlay. When I got ready to send the it back, CarPlay started working but only for a second. I love the big screen, but I realized I had to go with a smaller screen for it to work so sending it back and got another (Radio) with someone else. ... show more

I bought this for my mom who just got a "new" "used" truck and she loves it! It's makes her older model feel newer and look nicer! My step-dad installed it easily but he has installed these before so im not sure if everyone will find it as easy but he said it was super simple. And that Chevy stereos were one of the easiest ones to replace. Looks good and easy for my mom who is 74 to use. Terrible installation instructions. Video output does not work and needs a separate usb adapter for it. Sounds fine. Don’t know how long it will actually hold up. Not the best quality. Should be cheaper.

    • Mounting bracket loose
So far radio is working fine, only issue I have is it does not securely lock into the dash, any bump or hard acceleration the radio may tip out of the mounting bracket. I tried to troubleshoot and resolve this with the seller but only option was to start a return, in which I declined to do.
