It can be scary buying something this large and this expensive and not knowing what to expect with the delivery. They contacted me by phone and I spoke to an actual person before my delivery and scheduled a day and time, I got every question answered on that phone call and the person communicated with me via email and sent pictures. Anything I needed! The delivery driver showed up ON THE DOT of the delivery time & the machine arrived almost fully assembled ( I had to take off the bracketed plywood walls and then it was on a pallet.) 2-3 people picked it up off the pallet and no dolly and carried it down to my basement with ease, where I put on the side rails and monitor. The instructions were easy to follow & the machine works perfectly great! Smooth, no jerks in the rhythm, buttons make sound when you touch the touch screen so you know it registered your command. Machine isn’t very loud when you’re using it which is great! I do 30 min at level 5-6 and it goes even higher than that! I also like that there is a laser sensor at the back where if you step off or want to pause, it senses it and stops! That way you can’t fall off like on a treadmill. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I decided to surprise my wife with this for Christmas. I found the GMWD stair climber on Amazon for $900 less than on the brand’s website. At first, I wasn’t sure why it was cheaper since it was listed as new, and I was a bit hesitant to order through Amazon instead of directly from the brand. But I have to say, I’m impressed with the quality! It arrived quickly and, considering the machine weighs 350 lbs and was shipped in a wooden crate, it’s no surprise there were a few minor cosmetic scratches. They don’t bother me, though—it seemed to be packed pretty well overall. The machine functions as expected, and assembly was fairly simple. I’ll likely share an update in a month or two about how it’s holding up. Just a heads-up: it’s extremely heavy! We hired three movers to get it into the basement. All in all, I’m really happy with this purchase!

I like stair climbing machines in the gym. Always wanted to have one in my garage. But the price was too high. I couldn't afford one. But with the price of this machine, I could afford and bought one. It works nicely. It even has a safety infrared accident prevention. At first, I was blocking the infrared and the machine didn't work. I thought I bought a junk. I emailed the manufacturer and they replied in a day saying I had to clear the infrared. Top value machine!!!

Had the stair machine 3 days and it stopped working. The steps now just free spin with no resistance whether the machine is on or off. When the machine is turned on it clicks but the steps do not start rotations and if I try to step on the machine they just free spin and I fall straight to the ground. I am not able to put any weight on the steps without it free spinning. I have contacted GMWD customer support and they have nobody to talk to on the phone. They communicate through email. So it’s a huge hassle having to describe and send pictures/videos through email to their technicians. It would be a lot easier communicate with someone on the phone. Then I have to wait to receive emails back which has taken about a day to receive an email back each time. There has been several times where the communication wasn’t clear and I’ve had to write an email back just to make sure they understand what was in my email, which just makes the process even longer and builds my frustration. If this doesn’t get resolved very soon, I will end up just returning the step machine before the return period is up. It’s going on 6 days now since I first contacted GMWD customer service and I have been emailing back and forth just trying to figure out what’s wrong.

Overall very satisfied. I have only used it once for 30 minutes, but so far I am pretty impressed. Assembly was pretty easy. Machine is suprisingly quiet and is pretty smooth. I can watch videos on my phone while on the machine and the machine is not noisy at all. Only complaint is the plastic steps do flex a little bit in the center but I am 270 pounds so that is understandable. I plan on using this machine 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Will update review in a few months for a longer term review. One thing to add is the shipping company(Pilot Freight Services) they use for freight is not the best. Came 5 days later than the estimate. Tracker never updated. Shipping company had zero communication. I was one day away from getting a refund from Amazon then the delivery driver showed up with no prior communication. They were supposed to call ahead of time to verify that I would be at my house. However the shipping company does not reflect the product itself or product quality, so as of now I would still rate it 5/5 stars. Will update after a few months of regular use. Update- Machine Still going strong after almost a year. Paint is bubbling in some areas and some minor rust spots are starting to show. The paint and hardware are not very rust-resistant. All in all it still functions without any functional flaws and as of now the rust is just cosmetic.

This thing is a tank, works great, fits in my garage well with 8ft ceilings. The interface is basic but honestly what more do you need than the basic info. Was easy to get together, only took about 30 minutes to get it set up and running.
