Value for money, ease of installation, performance, ease of removal, quality, heavy duty. The only problem was that it came without any instructions but it’s a pretty simple device and there was a video review posted with the Amazon ad.

This is perfect to keep my 1983 Chevy Scottsdale 4x4 safe from the wonderful people out there that think what's mine is theirs. It's a little difficult to install at first but once you get the hang of it it gets better. My mind is at ease. It's heavy duty.

I've had this for a little over a month and it worked perfectly as it should. Seems well-built and sturdy. Unfortunately, today I couldn't unlock it and we were stuck in the hot vehicle as we get ready to drive out. I read through the reviews here, and someone wrote that if you retract your steering wheel it will come off. Luckily, I was able to do that with a couple of millimeters of room to force it out, scratching the leather steering wheel, but not a big deal, as we were in a hurry with kids not liking the heat in the car. It took about 12 minutes to figure it out. But that is a long time especially for impatient kids in the back. Now, what if there was an emergency and needed to go in a hurry??? After I got it off, it would still retract but just wouldn't extend out since the key wouldn't turn. Now, trying to contact the seller but no luck. I will be contacting Amazon in the AM. If you're going to use this, make sure your steering wheel is all the way in before setting the lock, for those would be thieves, but the opposite worked in my favor since that was the only way I got it out to drive home. ... show more
