Other than that, I LOVE how these are Apple favored, offering Spatial Audio and noise cancellation and automatically connect to all my Apple devices and once I put them on. I thought the design of these - being more vertical and much smaller than the first generation - would not be great but I was wrong. These are extremely comfortable, light and barely noticeable. The fit is great - no movement while working out or working around the house. The noise cancelling and awareness options are fantastic. I also hate wearing a heart rate monitor while I'm working out but I have to watch that during exercise. I've noticed the readings between my watch, a treadmill, and the headphones are very close making the headphones a great way to track my heart rate while I'm exercising. Very light and comfortable , glad it’s finally on the same level of a AirPods which I’ll never buy cause they seem like they get lost a lot I see them all over like trash 😂 . I still have my previous version of this and my fit pro which they need to update the mic for phone calls . I have no complaints just an observation the sensor light are so bright that you get spotted from far away 😂 and the air tips I appreciate the fit but it’s hard to put on the earbuds I lost one trying to fit it on ... show more

I got these in excellent condition. I was not sure if I was going to even get the ear tips with the product or even what the packaging was going to look like. For my surprise it was the same as the originals. Just a darker box. Had everything in it, including even the beat sticker as well as the ear tips and the headphones you can even do a fit test with the headphones. They come with four other tips so you can work on getting your perfect fit out of them. Very easy... They were in perfect shape as well as the case ..I've owned these headphones two other times now and have loved them. Unfortunately the first time I bought them brand new. I've lost them that night running across the street. The charging case is large so you want to make sure to put it all the way at the bottom of your pockets. Second time fell on the ground. Gotten knocked out. Got an ambulance right out of it but was wearing the earbuds in my ear and they had fallen out. I don't know what they did to do that other than maybe check my ears, but if you've never owned these before they're amazing. I love the sound canceling and how comfortable they are of a fit. You can literally wear them all night usually you lose an hour of battery time if you have noise canceling on but you can get anywhere between 6 to 9 hours. I usually consistently get about 8 with a full charge and I do consistently in my my right ear. When I'm sleeping I listen to podcast and they're they're top notch for the gym as well. Highly recommend I go to the gym at least five times a week and I love these things. Never have to worry about them falling out. They always stay and plays and they have call quality every now and then. They have issues but it's consistent with all Bluetooth headphones. Otherwise I think me buying them now three times is enough and the fact that you can get them this cheap is killer ... show more

I was not impressed with the sound quality of these headphones. I tried all the sizes of ear pieces, and nothing seemed to improve the sound dramatically unfortunately. I was really being hopeful with these earphones since they work in the apple ecosystem, but they were pretty lackluster ultimately. The sound quality was not up to par with other apple headphone devices. Additionally, the noise cancelling was not the best, even when it said I had a good seal when I did a check. Overall, I would skip these and look for a different option ... show more
