PAINFUL listening experience with NO EQ??????? These headphones have the worst sound quality I've heard in years, and with Apple preventing users from fixing it via EQ, it is nothing short of an insult to the consumer. I wouldn't pay $20 for these, let alone $250, let alone the refurbished price.

If I could return I would. I wasted my money. These are so big, they don't fit in my ear. The ear hook doesn't fit, keeps sliding off. Such a disappointment. The original design were way better.

The media could not be loaded. The issue I have ! These sound great, they track your heartbeat, they are secure. I use mine daily I’m in the gym about 3 or more hrs a day, they have never falling off. Easy to connect, the set up is super easy to understand. Love the purple color. My issue is I have a pair of Powerbeats 1 they are just about 4 yrs old and i passed them to my husband. The battery on the 1 last hrs longer than these do and i ordered these beats because i already own 2 other pair and absolutely love and swear by beats. I mean it’s beats right, well based off of the fact that it stated the battery life was better than the 1 that is not the case. Also, the Powerbeats one for myself are way more comfortable than the 2 these literally rubbed my ears raw. The sound quality is on point though. The battery and comfort needs improvement or rather back to the basics. ... show more

I ended up returning these because my daughter bought some for me as a surprise. I will say the quality of the sound is amazing!!! The fit is amazing too! I am very picky with earbuds because I have small ears. These do the job right!
