I was a little apprehensive to purchase this product. But to my delight it worked exactly the way they said it would 100%. I would recommend this if one of your original remote fobs is broken or damaged and you don't want to pay dealer prices. IT WORKS GREAT!

The directions are confusing and overly complicated. I even made cheat notes because I was worried about the limited time allowed to complete the process for each key. I didn't need to be so stressed as it turns out. It's simple, though the directions are not. Be sure you understand each step, then complete each step and it is simple. I ordered a set of 2 keys for under $30 and this package came with 1. So I made 3 keys in about 5 minutes. I think it's best you do the same. This will keep the process fresh and fluid so you don't waste money on a goof up. Besides, it's still cheaper to make 3 this way, than to get 1 made by the dealer. You will still need to visit a locksmith to cut the hard key as backup in case of a dead battery. Excellent, cheap and worth it for sure.

I was afraid it was going to be hard to program or not work with my van, 2015 dodge grand carvan RT (NO PUSH BUTTON START). The instructions were super easy to follow and provided detailed steps. It is a 2 part process. Part 1 activate the key fob. Note the BLUE LED indicator light is in between the 4 bottom buttons. It's hard to see in daylight so cover the fob with your hand and put close to your eyes for activation confirmation. Part 2 is using the programmer box and connecting it to your vehicle. I found this part super easy using the instructions. Just follow the detail steps. It took me about 15 minutes after reading the instructions before starting and then doing the 2 steps. Best part is this saved me a ton of money. Dodge dealership wanted $500 for a replacement key! Saved $400 doing it myself. I don't see a way to just buy another fob from them vs the entire package but will be saving my money to get at least 1 more for sure.

Instruction was clear and easy to follow. Worked right away after paired with my van. The only flaw I noticed was that it doesn't work at your first try when you use it after long term. I don't know how to explain this but every morning when I unlock the door, it doesn't work at first try. After that, it works great but only the first use in the morning or first use after a while it seems like it doesn't work... Maybe it needs time to recognize the signal? but this has been my case. Overall for what you pay for second car key, this is a great option.

Worst the price ! Easy to use. I followed a YouTube video. I used for my 2010 dodge ram. This works awesome and it saved me a ton of money vs going to a dealer or a locksmith.

I was concerned there weren't any instructions but I scanned the QR code and followed the steps for a quick setup. Before paying dealer charges for a replacement, check their website for compatibility and give it try. 2018 Dodge Caravan.
