I like the chair, nothing really special though. It could be the refurbishment as I have not sat in a new one to compare. After a little over 2 months I had what appeared to be a shock failure but turned out to be a major scoring of the shock shaft which caused the seat to wedge on the shaft. I cleaned that up and now it worked. Then I ran in to seat staples protruding half way into the foam padding of which when I pushed down on the seat pad, so I could move myself around in the seat, the staple stabbed my hand. I will be redoing the seat fabric shortly as and inch long stable should not be necessary. I expect a refurbishment to be just that but not with these obvious issues. How hard is it to replace material and not mar up the shock surface. ... show more
