The steamer came nicely packaged and well protected. It came with all the necessary accessories including a measuring cup, protective hand glove and super soft carrying bag with a draw string. (Do use the glove on your spare hand so as not to accidentally burn yourself). Couldn’t wait to try this out ahead of our upcoming trip. As soon as it arrived it was unboxed so I could try it out. The steamer is extremely easy to use and ready to go in just a short 15 seconds. Simply add the required amount of water, plug it in and you’re all set. In just seconds you’re ready to press the steam button and watch the wrinkles just smooth right out. It nice that the head rotates but I prefer the horizontal position. It was more convenient to hang my shirts on a hanger instead of laying them across something and run the steamer across them. I find the steamer for more preferable than using an iron and ironing board. The size and carrying bag will fit nicely in your luggage as it takes up very little space.
