This steam cleaner is fantastic. Received it 2 day ago and have used it every day since. Delivery & packaging were great. Instructions and steamer were easy to read and assemble. Unit is quiet and virtually moves by itself. Attachments were a plus as mobility issues make cleaning baseboards etc. difficult. Seriously considering purchasing another until for upstairs. Like not having to use chemical cleaners. Floors are virtually dry seconds after use. Steam output is great and water container holds enough water to clean a large area. Easy to clean, store and saves time.

This is very powerful and versatile steam mop. Steam came out very quickly less then 10 seconds during test. It has a continuous variable steam control knot, easy to reach and water proof on/off button. I especially like that, other than a strong floor mop, you can configure it with different length handles, very handy for cleaning shower wall, curtains and stoves etc. I like the water tank is removable, so refill is easy breazy. I also like the extra long power cable. There are many useful attachments provided, I am still learning to use all of them, so far the brush is great at cleaning bathroom and sinks, the glass attachment is great for shower doors.

Update-seller made everything right with fantastic customer support. Highly impressed!!! I would have given this five stars except the water tank does not ‘snap’ into place. It pushes in but doesn’t hold very securely. The steamer works great and it did a good job cleaning our tile floors but did we just get a defective model with a loose water tank or is this the way they make it? Concerned whether the water tank will end up not staying in place? Again, it doesn’t snap into place securely, just pushes in and doesn’t line up well. I hope the seller or manufacturer responds as otherwise based on cleaning and attachments, this would be a five star review.

My arthritis finally took over my hands and wrists, so I needed something simple that self rotated. I don't use steam or chemicals. I water soak the circular pads, pop them on and do a 4x6 area real slow twice over. Then I rinse the pads in clean water, repeat in sections. For a tough spot, I gently press down on the wonderfully long handle. I also cleaned the entire back patio (smooth surface) and our artificial turf (yep!). Pads didn't fray or fall off at all, love this!

The mop worked well, but the first time I used the attachment piece it broke. Now I can't use any of the attachments.

This review is based on first time use. First, it does seem cheaply made … it doesn’t stand up right that great, the water container doesn’t click In and easily removes. It moves great and heats up great ! I notice there’s a lot of water on the floor though … idk if that’s normal … it’s pretty wet like I want to go back with a towel to dry. Also the cord is decent but I do wish it was longer so I don’t have to stop often.

It works good. Is not to clean tile in the kitchen mostly and it steam up well. The pads are washable and not comes with two. Cord could be longer but whatever.

Disappointed in this product. I wanted the brushes to be able to scrub but they don’t work any better than my old steamer. Container that holds water very hard to remove. In fact I can’t and my husband has to pull it out. Cord is so short I have to replug into another outlet to clean the entire floor and my kitchen is small. I would not purchase again.
