The first one I bought had an issue where the light kept flashing and didn't turn off. I returned it and the new one is great. I used it on the floors, in the shower/tub. I used it on the hood over the oven that was always greasy for some reason. And I found out that was painted, three different color layers of paint came off with a swipe, along with all the grease and grime. So be careful where you point it and for how long. I love that I don't have to use a cleaner with it and it sanitizes. Steamers even kill fleas if you have pets. It's light weight and easy to maneuver, light enough to hold up in the air at shoulder height if needed. The water holder does leak slowly (on the one I returned and this one). So I put it in a small bowl in between uses when I haven't used up all the water. It snaps together easy, and the big buttons are easy to push when you want to disassemble. It's quiet and the pets are not afraid of it getting close to them.

Love this mop. It glides the floor so easy. The pads are easy to clean as I just throw them in the washer. I personally let them air dry. The heat up time is fast, like 30-45 seconds. The attachments are amazing & can be used for so many different things. They are pretty easy to attach. The mop is lightweight, the only “heavy” part about it, is the water added to the tank. This mop is very sturdy and well made, only thing I need are some extra pads!

This steam mop works very well, does every thing promised in the summary. My floors have never looked better, even freshened up the throw rugs, without the use of chemical cleaner, I am very pleased. So easy to use, not heavy or cumbersome and heats up quickly. I used it to clean the inside and outside of my windows and they sparkle! Very happy with this mop. Can't wait to find even more things to stem clean!!

As far as functioning, it does the job well. Heat up time is decent, not heavy or awkward to hold, and blasts everything clean quickly enough. Only thing is it tends to leak water while using it and can make a bit of a mess depending on the job you're doing. Not that big of a deal, but I'd buy another one next time.

Great steamer, except that it stopped working after 3 month almost to the day. We have a 1000 square foot house and used once per week. There is no manufacturer to contact to fix, and none of the troubleshooting information via Amazon is relevant. Would give it 5 stars if it worked for more than 3 months. Very dissatisfied.

I got this product on sale for prime day and I am so happy I did! We have 4 dogs that live with us so they are ALWAYS tracking in mud. It comes with attachments for different ways of cleaning and also a bag to put the attachments in. It heats up pretty quickly, use is pretty straightforward, and works well. It is a taddd heavy and not going to lie the cord is always getting in the way but I have the same issue with any vacuum. It feels pretty well made though! Super happy i got it because my floors feel so clean now!

These mop pads are a great fit to the Seyola steam mop and are the exact same pads you receive if you order the mop. These mop pads are thick and look (and feel) like very good quality. The edges seem to be almost "serged" together to prevent them from unraveling, but doesn't look like this will happen. While mopping, the whole pad comes into contact with the floor which is what you want. There is no trouble with steam coming out from the mop pad when using the Seyola steam mop, which shows that both products were made to be used together, and work together very well. After mopping, the mop pad is damp, not wet (which I appreciate, as I don't want my hardwood floors to be damaged from using too much water), and I can see the dirt and gunk on the bottom of the mop pad. The pad dries a bit stiff, making it easy to determine which pad is clean and which pad is dirty. You are supposed to be able to wash them in the washing machine, but I have not yet done this so, unfortunately, I cannot comment on how well they are cleaned with the machine. I clean these in the bathtub with a cleaning brush. I add soap to the brush and wet the pad and scrub lightly. Cleaning this way works very well for me. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. I will come back after a few months and update my review on how these mop pads have held up! I also wash one in the washing machine and report back on whether I will continue washing them by hand or in the washing machine.

This steam cleaner is awesome, I can use it on just about anything and it's so easy to use to get everything sparkling clean! I was thinking because I ordered a cheaper model than the one I originally wanted, but to be honest this one is even better steam output than I expected! They send parts to where you can steam clean just about anything so it's very functional and it makes it easier to clean just about any surface so easy and quickly!
