Why won’t the water tank cap open after use? This is a built-in safety feature. The tank remains hot and pressurized after use, so the cap stays locked. Let the unit cool for 20 minutes, then open it normally. Never force the cap. Can I add more water while the steam cleaner is running? When water runs low, turn off the unit and let it cool for 20 minutes before refilling. Then add water and allow it to heat up again before continuing. Does it vacuum or extract dirty water? No. This is a steam cleaner, not a carpet extractor or wet vacuum. It helps loosen surface grime but does not suction dirty water into a recovery tank. What surfaces can I clean? Use the matching accessory on sealed floors, tile, grout, glass, upholstery, and car interiors. Follow care instructions and test a hidden area first. Avoid unsealed wood and heat-sensitive materials. How long can I clean on one tank? This steam cleaner has been a game-changer for my cleaning routine. It's incredibly versatile – the set comes with a bunch of different attachments (see picture), so I can use it on floors, countertops, windows, and even upholstery. It is easy to use, heats up water quickly, and produces enough steam to clean various surfaces around the house without the need for many chemicals. I have used it on tiles, windows, in the kitchen, and on other hard to clean areas, and it has removed dirt with excellent results. I recommend it.

This is the first steam cleaner that I owned and used. I mainly wanted to clean the floormats of my car which haven't been cleaned since 12 years ago. Well, I did try to use my residential pressure washer to clean it once but it didn't do anything. I didn't want to use any chemicals because I don't want chemical smells in my car. The product doesn't really need any assembly, just quick nozzle accessories for different uses. The instruction manual isn't very clearly written I must say, but if you used steam cleaners before you probably won't even need it. For me, I have used enough similar products (pressure washers etc.) that I can start to "guess" the intent of the not-so-proper English. One thing that I had to figure out is that I should UNSCREW the pressure valve on the top to add water and SCREW it back in. What I don't like is that I have no way to empty the water tank except for the same opening on the top, the tank itself doesn't detach. I also cannot see the water level easily while I am using the cleaner. The machine heats up in minutes, so just plug it in and then do your prep work, you won't be waiting for it. I used the carpet cleaner accessory to deep clean 12 years of dirt and grime. For exceptionally tough spots, I used the wire brush nozzle accessory to really dig into the carpets. I don't know how well this would work on more delicate surfaces, I probably won't try doing that. For the same reason, I threw away the window cleaner accessory, there are much easier ways to clean windows with Windex or something. I would imagine the wire brush cleaner accessory is versatile enough to clean all kinds of non-fragile surfaces if needed. But for my uses, it worked fantastically. Granted, it is no miracle worker, I had to get on my knees to really press down the tip and do multiple (I do mean multiple) back and forth rounds. It was quite an workout, but I guess that's how deep 12 years of dirt and grime will steep into floormat carpets. But in the end with absolutely zero cleaning chemicals, my floormats are clean once more. I used a garden hose to a final rinse out after using the steam cleaner. Probably it will never reach like-new state without some bleach, but I am more than satisfied. When putting away the machine I do wish there were accessory hooks on the machine to store all the accessories. But I guess they didn't want to do this due to the machine itself can get hot during operation. Just be organized enough to store the machine and its accessory together I guess. Attaching pictures of the before (on the ground) and after (on the drying rack), if you are using this to clean your car floor mats, you will easily save money but doing it yourself as opposed to hiring car wash specialists to do the deep clean. ... show more

I ordered this steam cleaner mostly for the wire brush attachment. I needed to clean a bunch of iron outdoor furniture for an upcoming party. My friend recommended that I use one of these and I’m glad she did. Using steam along with the wire brush attachment worked wonders and made pretty quick work of a large project. The iron furniture was really dirty with caked on mud and some rust, it also had a lot of intricate details and using this steam cleaner made it look like new. I have also incorporated it into my house cleaning. I used it to steam off caked on food in my oven and it took everything off. It also works great in our glass stovetop. The unit is well designed, doesn’t leak and heats up quickly. The reservoir holds plenty of water making it great for big jobs.
