These pods are excellent. I don't like Starbucks generally because the coffee often tastes burnt and bitter, but these make a good cup of coffee (I use them more as a lungo with a longer brew than espresso). But pods are not bitter and quite flavorful. Also, they are not too small for my Nespresso machine. They fit perfectly with a nice seal so no water seeps through at the beginning of the brew. ... show more

We love these coffee pods. Their flavors are rich, deep and satisfying. However, the pods are often (not always) shipped in plastic bags. Consequently, several pods are sufficiently distorted in shipping to be unusable in the coffee maker. Given the cost per pod, this is unacceptable.
