Bought these for my closet that didn’t come with an overhead light. They work perfectly. Each light takes 3 AAA batteries, not included. The sticky pads are strong and easy to place. The motion sensor is adjustable front and backwards. It works great and is sensitive enough to detect the closet door opening. The lights are very bright too. I put these in closets. So far they work well. Be careful of where you mount them as the angle for the motion sensor is fairly narrow. I had to take one down and remount it with double faced tape because facing in to the closet wouldn't activate it; better to be facing down so it detects motion when you open the closet door. Bright enough, doesn't activate in high ambient light, and turns off in about 20 seconds when you close the door. They are brighter than the puck style- I now have both and are reliable- nothing fancy they just work. just be sure not to put your lights too close to each other because they will not activate. If it’s census light it will not come on these do not dim, but they work just fine for me., I love that you can change the angle of the light that’s very helpful ... show more

My fault for buying these… Didn’t realize they were motion sensor lights. The motion sensor kind of works, but often times I have to be right in front of the light to get it to work. However, the light is fairly bright and easy to install.

So far I like everything about them, setting up super easy, the distance at which they turn on is awesome!, they turn on as it starts to get dark not during daylight, they fit and work well in smaller and bigger spaces and they turn off quickly, the price is incredible for the technology.... I like them so much I ordered another set yesterday. They are helping solve some safety issues in a big old farm house so far so great! ... show more

I like that I don't have to flick the light switch going down my hallway. These lights light up on your presence. The battery life could be better, but all in all its a start to reducing my electric usage and reduction on my bill. This with solar panels I bought has dropped electric cost down. Install in an area where the light will be triggered by your movement and not in an area where people walk by the light and set it off where its not needed. ... show more
