Lasted about a month. I really like it while it worked but without warning one day I turned my walking pad on and it said ER 1. Customer service was lovely to instantly offer me a replacement but I was to dispose of this machine myself. Disposing of bulk items, especially electronics is not a simple affair where I live. If this new device had the same issue how many walking pads would I have to dispose of ? Also they couldn’t offer me the same color I’d ordered, which is kind of picky but I care. You can move this thing around! It's very light weight and I like it very much. If it's heavy and it's killing me, I'll find an excuse not to use it. It's very light, so it's easy to take it out, use it, and put it back where it was. I measured it. It fits right under the table. When not in use, I put my feet on the floor because I'm short and my feet don't touch the floor comfortably. The sound is not too loud when used, the display is easy to read, the remote control is easy to use, and the function is normal. Mine is fine. It holds a lot of weight compared to other pads, so my husband can use it if he wants to. I have a very nice treadmill in my basement, and this treadmill, in contrast, is very good quality.
