I've had this walking pad/tread for a few months now, and I'm very happy with the purchase. It was easy to unpack and the hardest part of getting started was figuring out how much clearance I needed behind me to be able to maneuver it up and down for daily use. Having this under-desk treadmill has made it easy to get some activity in every day! it's easy to pick up and lay down (I lean mine against the wall when Im not using it). While I won't say it's quiet, if I'm using my airpods (or other noise cancelling headphones) I can't hear it. People I have been on Zoom calls with while walking (hey, conference calls can be long and boring!) have confirmed they can't hear it at all. The controls/options are basic, but it's a walking tread, not a high performance training machine. It maxes out at 3.8 mph, and the deck length (40") works well for me (I'm 5'6"). My only call outs would be that when using time mode, you can only go up to 60 minutes (my work around is to set my distance to 99 miles instead). Also, when increasing or decreasing speed, time, or distance, holding the - or + buttons only moves in increments of 3 or 4 (with slight pauses in between). Minor inconvenience, and the positives of this under desk tread far outweigh these two "issues" ... show more

I have been using my treadmill for a couple months now and can honestly say nothing but great things about it. It is super lite and easy to move around and store away. As for the noise there is barely any so you don't have to worry about disrupting the people below you in an apartment building when using it. The customer service team is also very quick to respond to any issues I needed resolved. this is my first readmill!, i bought this so i can walk while working instead of sitting all day, i have an adustable desk that i can move up and down. This treadmill i love it! Great Price, easy to move around my home, great color and easy to read speed. time. dist. cal., The only thing is it is a bit louder than expected. Also the treadmill abruptly stops at 60 mins. I did not know it did that for the longest because I would only walk for 30 minutes. But since working from home and working longer hours. I thought I would walk a slower pace but for a longer time. the downfall of this treadmill for me having to stop at 60min and then restarting the treadmill again. Absolutely love the treadmill. Working from home it can be easy to just sit around all day. This allows for an easy way to get in some much need exercise. As for the customer service, it is amazing. The display screen stopped working one night. Emailed the company and within a matter of a few hours and two emails they made the decision to replace the entire treadmill. Updated! The company agreed to replace the machine as it was only a month outside of warranty. The customer service is definitely good! // Randomly got error E05 about a month in and the company won’t help as it’s out of warranty. don’t buy! It should last longer than one year.

This is a great compact treadmill. I use it at my desk at home and it’s relatively quiet. Easy to use and low profile for easy storing. I weight 170 and the belt has no problem moving from starting up to top speed. The belt could get a little warm if you use it for extended periods of time, but if you’re doing that often you should probably be outside or at a real gym.
