Frustrating part is I can't return it from 4 months ago. It will not lift my pick up, it was supposed to come with 3 tier lift. Only had 2, so not only was it not tall enough, but wasn't strong enough either. Also the impact wrench won't turn after it has any resistance. The whole purchase was a waste. Everything seemed fine when I took it out of the box originally, but when actually needing it, it failed on all levels. Wish they stood behind their products, they referred me to Amazon and Amazon said there was nothing they could do. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Too many car jacks out there for sale, and it's very frustrating to find the good one. I bought this one after I watched some videos on YouTube about theses types of car jack, and the results were more than what I expected. Starting with the pros of this car jack: Powerful and can jump the car in 30 seconds, has an air pump for tires, Flash Light, Emergency light, and Storage box on the side. super easy to use, so I didn't even look at the use instructions. the impact wrench that comes with it, works great the super fast taking the tire off of the car.
